I feel sorry for his/her but only staying online could not make you earn bitcoins. You need to provide your services, participate in bounty campaigns, mining or invest in bitcoin again to gain profits.
But even you do all of that, earning back 13 bitcoins now is pretty hard. Its not that simple to earn back.
from where is been stolen i think u have shared your private key to someone that y its been stolen with private key or ur email has been hacked

it's really sad that it's hard to work just get your 13 bitcoin .. for me very much the amount is missing you. so we use a wallet with a private key so as not to steal others we should keep whatever we have do not believe immediately and should definitely choose the wallet like ethereum for our bitcoin safety .and you really need to not believe in your acquaintances. so your bitcoin does not steal anymore you are working for a long time and just lose and steal others so always on your wallet that you want your bitcoin to contain.

I am really very concerned about what happened to you. Lots of Bitcoin that you have actually lost and taken by people who are not responsible. But I really can not help you and I think 13 Bitcoin you will not be able to return. Because the thief will not want to return it at all and you can not hold anyone accountable. If you, repeat again you think you can see them writing it. There's no point in risking your Bitcoin to get some dollar bills. You just lost a lot of Bitcoin because of your stupidity but did not claim a fork coin. But you can move and get back up. I know all your life savings.
I am very sad to read your writing. But do not despair this may be the beginning of your success. Be patient and start from the beginning again make this a very valuable experience.
