Oh sorry for huge loses i think that is your mistakes, you are trying to recover your loses that's what happen for you, and do not treat gambling as source of income and your correct gambling isn't a source of income or to make money gambling is for having fun and if you want play gambling for have fun just set how much amount you are ready to lose, winning in gambling is an extra benefits.

If it's true that you lose 10 BTC in gambling then I'd say you have a lot to offer in gambling, if you can't afford that, you'll regret what you are doing. Me, I don't really bet beyond my income and I spend a little percentage of it 10BTC is a life changing for me, I could use that in trading and enjoy some little gains. You need to control yourself, winning will come if you know how bankroll management is done because it takes time to learn how to win.

i make profit in gambling by playing safely ( i.e placing small bets first and then gradually increasing it after i feel lucky and stop when i already made a good profit )

IMO we should not stick to main line of discussion about amount of loss. Maybe op is crypto whale who has more than 100 BTC?
Emotions are big factor in both trading&gambling but mastering yourself can be a exit for next possible loss. I cant see any feasible solution for those who has emotional bias in gambling. Even capacity of managing risk is limited when gambler faced with losing streak.

That's the spirit which everyone including the loser should have that they will recover their loses in 2019. As far as stop loss is concerned, people do not use it properly in trading where stoploss is actually available and in gambling there is no such thing called Stop loss. You can only control your loss if you limit yourself going all in , in gambling.

OP seems a guy lost the BTC because he was chasing. 10BTC is a lot of money. If this is an amount for someone who can afford to lose it then I guess that someone is a whale for sure have 100s of BTC.

Knowing well that they normally shouldn't risk more than they can afford to lose, they are still doing that when chasing their losses, as if it's an exceptional situation. But it isn't. There are no exceptions for this rule. The fact that you lost a lot before doesn't contribute to the higher probability of winning.

I'm really sorry, you lost that much, OP, and I hope you are taking it as a lesson, and you'll never make such mistakes again.

yes i won like 5 btc before big losing streak start,chasing losses cost me more i wish i would stop earlier but did not.i did not control my emotions during busting Embarrassed

I think you should forget what you lost and start gambling from 0 again. Because most of the time, gamblers who try to recover what they have lost previously will get more loses instead of recovering the loses. Having target and limit is a must thing to do before you start gambling but the most important thing is how you control yourself in order to stick on your target and limit because most gamblers are forgetting it while they are gambling.

That’s a lot of money and its sad that you lose that easily. Well, I don’t lose that much last year and I don’t even make more profit since I limit myself to gamble and focus in trading instead.
