Charge it to experience. But next time be careful, try to build a good portfolio of your coins. Then before selling the coins make sure that you study and wait. Usually it took at least a month before your coin will be good in the market specially if it’s a new coin. Don’t be impulsive in making decision. Think hundred times before investing and selling your coins.

It is common for newbie. This if fine and don't let this bring you down. Atleast majority of traders experience this at one point in their lives. Next time be more patient. Profit does not come to you in just a couple of weeks or months. It takes time to grow. There is always second chance. Just relax and find the best coin to hold and make profit.
I already experienced something like that where I got way too excited and traded it without having second thoughts because I think I would have my profit but ended up in a loss. What I realized and learned is that it is really necessary to be patient enough and analyze the situation first before deciding what to do and make your Technical Analysis much more precise in order to have a higher chance of success in your cryptocurrency trading journey.
