Bitcoin earns only one who knows how to wait. The best thing is to keep your coins for 1-2 years. And you haven't lost money, not earned it. Cryptocurrencies and so very risky sphere and it is better to earn 100-200% than to lose everything trying to earn 1000%. I think you loose is the opportunity to have a huge amount of money and forget about the 80k$ dollar and move on.
The best thing is we learn form our mistakes, in spite of we have many mistakes we are still believing and fighting, just think there is a lot of opportunity and don't ever loos it again.
I think that many can boast of such an experience. If I sold Ethereum a little later, I could get $ 200 more for one coin, but in the end result now I am happy, as the price of Ethereum has fallen so much. You can not predict 100 percent what will happen to a particular coin.

wow thats huge amount, its true we need to learn to be patience, i really recommend you to read more about cryptocurrency and look at bad and good news so you can predict what going happen to market. Well cannot blamed the volatility of the market.Two weeks later zclassic mooned and i could make about 80k now.

but the sense of hodling is really learned in the hard way though.
most of the time this is one of the most common error of the newbies and even some experienced trader.
but the thing is. some might be impatient and really wanted to earn fast.
some rather sell it right away. to avoid certain lost on the value.
but nevertheless. it should be a lesson to everybody
that hodling could make you rich.
learn to save half of your tokens next time so youll not regret it later, you lost if you bought it but if you just got it as a reward youve just missed to have a high profit. just be careful next time not to sell your tokens too early.
but selling the first half of the coins at a good price is also a good result.
I think the topic is a bit far from what am seeing. The senario you gave doesnt indicate that you lost any money. You bought some coins and sold it and had your money back.As simple as that.Maybe you should say that you lost an opportunity to make 80K.

Well i'm sorry for that, but i won't say you lost anything because i assume you didn't sell at loss.. at least you learnt your lesson, just be patient with crypto and smile later.
Interesting thing that you made a huge mistake and call it a newbie one. Usually newbie mistake is a lot less than $100. But this amount is like a whale mistake, lol 
By and large you still have not lost anything, because you have not received it, you just need to take it as a lesson, and do not repeat it!
