We all make mistake at some point in time I lost over $10000 for holding some tokens and coin but have learnt my lesson ....

That's very correct, to prevent mistakes you should have experiment, to gain experiment you should do mistakes. We all did the same mistake. I lost 2/3 of my money by doing that. So we must know when to BUY, other steps come by themselves.

I wouldn't stress over it. It's truly hard to anticipate which coins will moon in any case. You can simply do your exploration as well as can be expected, and trust that you luck out. Other than that, as long as you don't lose cash, there aren't any wrong choices.
I may have the same situation, i have a token which can grow 10 times or more. I'm waiting for a certain price and i'll start selling a little bit because it can also fall.
You may have sold too early, but you still made a profit, so don't be depressed about it. Next time, be more patient.

That is when you will realise the power of HODL. Whenever some bounty hunters receive their token what comes to their mind is dump without considering the fact that the token might rise later.
You have not lost, not earned. These are completely different concepts. If you talk like that, you'll soon lose all your money.
I didn't have the patience, I sold them when the price wasn't very high. But after I sold it, its price went up a lot. Everyone is wrong .
That is still owkay so long as you made little profit. Next time just try doing a proper research about a coin you are holding.. look out for news and upcoming events about that particular coin. At the same time, greed can also make you lose so you should still be owkay. It's just one of the lessons learnt as a newbie.
Since you still made profit on it after you sold it's OK. Take profit and keep going is the best in Crypto and not to blame oneself. If you have hodl it and the price fall, it would have been more painful. Patience is the key atimes in Cryptocurrency, one need to be determined to hodl for long when you are certain it's a good Project.
Lost-profit syndrome is the worst thing that can happen to a crypto-enthusiast. I try not to pay attention to the position of the coin that I sold earlier. It keeps my nerves and strength. You have to be cool and draw useful conclusions from it.
A while ago i went all in ZClassic and bought about 365 Coins when the price was about 2$ per coin, but i decided to sell a couple of days after.

This is very bad news. Anyone can make a mistake and therefore one should not rush and be wise. You can not hurry to sell coins in today's market.
It's not really a newbie mistake, no one can tell which coins will go up in the upcoming days though there are some fa and ta that might help you, there are still no guarantee about it. Crypto are unpredictable so might as well say that you lost the opportunity to gain even more compared to what you got from it.
If you actually lose this much, that's really bad luck. But as you know, Patience is the key to success in crypto world. I hope you will be more careful from next.
