In the crypto market, it is a very good lesson to people who are very new crypto trading because suddenly the market will start recovering and suddenly the market starts dropping. If you are an impatient person better crypto trading is not for you because most potential coins will give you good returns if you hold them for certain period of time.
This is a lesson many newbie learnt at the beginning and I think it is a good lesson for them. I could remember when I just joined bounty all on my mind was sell when ever I receive token but on the long run I get to know that I would have made more if I had waited a little longer. I think this lesson is needed for everyone because if you were told about it you may not understand how it feels but experiencing it will make you learn.
Lesson learned next time you sell make sure think 10 times first before making decision. And when your decision is final tell yourself that no matter what happen in this trade price, i promise myself that i dont regret in the future.
Yes, a small profit is also a profit, it's better than losing in price. You just missed a very big profit, but it happens to everyone. I would not worry because of this, just need to draw conclusions and move on.
I wouldn't say you lost 80k what of those that didn't no sell when it erupted also it is two ways either you sold early or you sold late any decision you take just accept it and move on don't blame yourself on past mistakes.
You didn't lose anything because you didn't risk anything at the time of your "loss" of that money, Then I'am losing like millions of dollars because I don't trade very often? OMG I'am losing millions!!!!! Every second I lose 1 milion you guys, you don't believe me? just you watch what a plan I could have make for 3 months in the past to this day... I would be rich! Because I, then would be cleaver so see everything and to get all those millions!!

If you get shit done, then something could come out of it. If you don't know when the price will go down, sell a little by little or have at least 2 value benchmarks when you think you will sell and act accordingly.

you didn't loose anyting but I agree with you that patience is the key and holding coins must be very profitable if you are lucky.

Well, everyone who play on crypto i believe have do things like this 
It's just like who everyone do when they lost some money after buying a coin, but in the next future you've to be patience and don't be panic after buy and see the coin get dumped. just believe and do a research for coin that you've bought, if it's a good coin it'll moon back

You did not loss but just miss opportunity to make multiple profit. When the market any sign for bullish run and all the times high i think will be better to sell the coin by partly, first sell half of them and remaining coin use for long term trading.

My sentiments is that you just passed up a major opportunity a major chance of gaining higher benefits or return, not that you in reality free finished your exchanging. A while ago i went all in ZClassic and bought about 365 Coins when the price was about 2$ per coin, but i decided to sell a couple of days after.
Two weeks later zclassic mooned and i could make about 80k now.
