Its always safe to not sell immediately. I would have been in this situation many times but luckily i am always in a situation where i cant sell. Then i notice increase in price... Good thing you learnt that now
I read your statements on how you lost over $80000, then I think that how can you lose about 80k if you don't have any zClassic coins to sell? Do you mean you lost or get regrets with? You already traded your coins and you don't have any losses in your funds, better to think first before posting some annoying topics. Then it should be a lesson for you to trade patiently.

I've lost more than you. I used to hold more than 2 million WAN coins when its price is $ 0.005. That was about two and a half years ago. I easily sold them off just to get $ 10k. I was very sorry but I could not do more than draw the experience for myself.

Next time don't sell all of it try keeping a small amount for later
Even if you only keep 10% you can re-invest the rest and then HODL that for the long term and not miss out when it eventually goes up

Exactly. loosing is part of the game and it is verry important to experience loosing sometimes because that will help us to improve more and to learn new skills that we dont have before. also , almost all of us do experience loosing ever since we are still new on the world of cryptocurrency and even if experts and pro traders do also experience to loose despite of their high skill level. that is only an evidence that there is no perfect for everything , however the only thing that we can do is to strive more harder in order to cope up with the stress and also to become a better and stronger person at the end.

Never sell too early. You had to invest large sums in coins that 100% won't burst, and there are a lot of them. This meant that in the future they will grow in any case.
