Actually stop trading is a decision of yourself. But for now the trading stop is arguably a big loss because the price of the coin is currently on the rise including bitcoin. But if it wants to stop it is your own best choice.

Actually trading is better than being investor since with trading you can manage quick profit rather than being investor who hold bitcoin for maximize their profit although they have no idea when bitcoin will vanish forever one day
However, I remember my friends invested in Bitcoin from 2015 until today are become to millionaire with hold Bitcoin in long term, about day trader, they do not have that profit because they usually loss on market, high risk than holder Grin.

So guys, after 2 years of trading i am going to stop. (unless i have full time to trade, which i currently don't)

I have calculated all my trades on the various platforms i have used in the last couple years.

Deposited: 47BTC (roughly)

Withdrew: 40BTC (roughly)

Overall i am happy with the results, i would pay 7 BTC anyday for what i have learned so far.

Now the question is: what the fuck do i do now with my money.
Do not quit in trading. If you lose it is normal. I know it is hard to be a trader. Me also, sometimes I lose my money because of trading. But I know I can earn more money in the trading.
Almost everyone has suffered losses. But everything can be made a lesson.
More experience, the right calculation, the correct analysis will lead you to the right path in trading.
Losses and risks are there when you trade. And I think traders should accept this fact of either they have a loss too. Every time there would not be a profit, you may encounter with a loss. But what they actually want to do at that time is their will to learn from mistakes and go further. Quitting is not the solution.
I highly agree to what you have said because that is very true that quitting is not the answer or solution for our losses and the only thing that we can do to get those losses back is to learn from our mistakes and make it as a basis for the next decision so we can avoid doing the same mistake that only leading for us to get capital loss. Trading is all about patience and learning from our mistakes and if we appreciate those things then making money is not difficult in trading anymore.

So in 2 years you made money from holding the 40 btc  Grin
That amount is quite reasonable for 2 years ago because bitcoin prices are still cheap

If you not have stop loss while trading, how to say you are day trader Grin. You just are holder or speculator if do that, but as per my understand, holder still have some stop loss if their coins on the road develop and growth have problem, so stop loss always important when we are trading.

Wow, I would rather invest it in a business here in Nigeria, i am managing 0.3btc, and i want to build a business, so 40btc is a whole lot of money, if u don't mind donating to me even if its 0.1btc, i would be greatful
Its much better to sympathize than on begging on op  Grin Yes, 40 btc is really a lot of money even on my place and it would be sufficient enough to build a good business offline. Going back, that's a lot of coins that have been lost on 2 years time on doing trading and it seems trading isn't really for him and quiting would be the last decision he made.

Digital Asset trading can be considered a high-risk activity, where Digital Asset prices are volatile, and can swing wildly, from day to day. Use your extreme judgement when making the decision to invest in, or to sell, Digital Assets.

I'm quit trading too.... I depost 1 btc when it's 700$.. I make huge profit to 22 btc when it's 3000 and I lost 12 btc and sold 10btc when it 2k8$... now it 4k4... I'm feel very bad, very sad

I also have story...
I bougt bitcoin about 300$, and see etherium 3-5$. But didnt bought that period etherium nor bitcoin...
Not lucky Smiley Or stupid )))))))
Dont be sad because you sell your bitcoin the price is low compared today because its your decision. So its better before make a decision think wisely and make a research first so you can know what is the best thing to do.  I bought ethereum when the price is 10 dollars and I earn profit. The important you earn money in trading because other lose their money so you are lucky.

This post is a perfect example that Your Worst Enemy Is Yourself.

If poor guy would read about tilt, he would not stop trading.

Your opinion is not everyone's opinion ,maybe we need only to know the right decision because in the OP he almost lost a big amounts and it is necessary for him to quit. Quiting is an option that may save you not to be overconfident.

Yes, of course I just share my opinion here. But, if you start something you need to consider cons and pros.

I don't see any reasons to stop trading crypto currencies now or before. Probably, OP had some serious personal matters(like health, family, education) to consider and stopped.

Well, we do not know what is his reason why he failed in trading but his decision is final and he has stop because he is not making progress over a long period of time in trying to be successful. Simply, trading is not for everyone, if that is your passion then it's better because that would mean you love what you are doing and even if you fail many times you will make an improvement because you will learn from your mistakes.

Yes, I just hope he is still involved in blockchain industry somehow.

There are really things which really arent for us no matter how hard we do try to engage with it and its not really bad to quit into something as long we wont really regret on the things that we do decide. Seeing on the situation of op's i know that he feels 2 years time isnt short and he can really see that trading isnt really for him on which he decided to quit.

I could not agree more with you mate that your passion dictates your success just like in any other business and profession - because you will be very happy performing and doing the daily grind.
