Yes thats correct observation the Market Capitalization was continue to climb and it was a good sign. The Bulls are back and i hope these Bullish trends will continue till the end of 2019 and im sure the MarketCap will return to its former size or maybe half of it. thats my positive outlook till the last quarter of this year. 
there is no truly convincing news. However, the good news about this bullish is still worthy of our attention because the bearish conditions have been quite long.
I hope too, the bull season starts soon. Most of the comments I have reading in the last 1-2 months, the bull season will begin soon, its writes. And I want to believe these comments. It is still too early for the market to get a new price increase because currently market capitalization is still very low and there are not many investors appearing in this market. I think we should not expect much this year because 2019 is not a good year to invest and if we want the market to have good growth, we need more large investment funds and ETF must soon join the market. If it happens, Cryptocurrency will be revived and everything will return to the same as in 2017

Of course, it is impossible that the market will stay that way. There is already some major adaption that has been going on some parts of the EU when it regards to cryptocurrency. The market will not be bearish forever, that's for sure, but the price is hardly moving and it's moving slowly, in fact, it's hard to make a profit from this movement, we are heading to the second quarter, but people are still showing hesitance to invest.
Although we have had a lot of positive news and adoption that would have made the market much better than it curently is, we are kind of stuck within the 4000 $ range and seem it will take a lot more to finally break above the 4200 $ resistance
