Pomegranate as a beginner is as much as you are. But it would be nice before you create a topic you have to read the existing topic again, I think all of your questions are already on the topic in this forum, all you have to do is read it. The point is don't be lazy to read.

I was very curious about how Bitcoin works and what it is all about, so I asked a few of my friends who I knew had knowledge about Bitcoin and learned the basics. In my quest to learn more, I began an online search, where I came across this forum. I noticed that everything on the forum is about Bitcoin, so I decided to create an account here. I would be extremely grateful if I would get additional information and guidance about the forum.

Welcome onboard mate and you should know that nothing is actually so difficult in here and I want to also assure you that you're in the right place to learn practically about Bitcoin.
On the other hand, I think you're free to click on every board and thread you see over here, and I would also advice that you do more of reading than  writing for now and first you should try getting familiar with the forum and stick more in the beginners and help board and also Bitcoin discussion board and always remember to ask any question that seems difficult to you as there are users who are always willing to contribute and help make you understand whatever that seems difficult to you.

Above any other rule that you might think of in the forum, plagiarism should be avoided please especially for a newbie account as this very act is frown so much at and if you must site the works of others, please always do right to reference it as there isn't any crime in referencing the original owner or writer of a work.

It's easier to learn all that directly from your friends than asking here. You can also dig up more detailed information through online searches to increase your knowledge about bitcoin and then learn slowly. When you encounter problems, you can ask directly to friends who are around you. In the forum, content is available that discusses Bitcoin in detail, you can find information via threads that have been pinned on several boards.

Welcome and explore the forum more. You will realize that the forum is not just about Bitcoin. Not "everything on the forum is about Bitcoin." This is an interesting forum; you could actually discuss anything you have in mind. Although this is Bitcointalk, you can actually discuss about altcoins and shitcoins here, as well as gambling, economics, even about politics and society, and all kinds of topics. Just don't forget about certain rules.

OP got all the links he needs to learn about the forums guideline and rules. Keep in mind that if anyone comes to your inbox and send you any links don't click them because scammers will take the chance to scam you.
In this forum you can also learn about other things, the forum is not limited to bitcoin only. There are different boards for different purposes.

By the way, welcome to the forum.

You are right on this, Bitcoin is a great place to learn anything and everything about Bitcoin and not only Bitcoin but the whole ecosystem in Cryptocurrency, it expands to wallets, security, altcoins, and casinos, so yeah you can find almost everything here, we have a healthy discussion here, but not because you read it from the others you'll take it as a fact, do your own research too, there is also available information outside of Bitcoin, like Youtube, Medium and other great articles about Cryptocurrency.

Goodnight, ohh Leo!!! 🦅
Go through this thread; Newbies; Read before posting. It contains all the information a new member would need about the forum. Your emphasis now should be on learning about the forum rules, so as not to violate anyone and getting aquatinted with using the forum resources like the Search option.

The Help section would help you in discovering how to navigate the forum.
I think the OPs problem was his inquisitions to know more about Bitcoin, which is the same reasons he's got registered here; showing him to the rules is subsidiary and should've been introduced below, maybe after showing him some helpful links to him main interest... NO?(rhetorical)
Since others have made references to useful links already, I'll advise OP that these site doesn't seem to be too free for self-driven etiquettes,. It's controlled by some standard rules...so if you must stay long to get alot of updates on your interest, then I'll advise that you read the link in this quote.

I would be extremely grateful if I would get additional information and guidance about the forum.

Welcome aboard the forum, glad you have decided to hop onto the Bitcoin express!  Wink

However, I am curious as to why your friends who have knowledge about Bitcoin weren't able to assist you further in your quest for knowledge. Have you tried asking them for more information and guidance about the forum, or are they perhaps not as well-versed in the subject?

You made an online research and saw this forum, that sounds funny. It sounds like alt account. That's not withstanding, you are welcome. There are many things to learn around bitcoin. Please if really you are here to know more on bitcoin them don't learn only on bitcoin but also it components and features. I would like to believe that the forum is generating traffic through google search. The forum isn’t a black site, you know. We have seen new accounts come to the forum to complain about a project or casino that scammed them. Bitcointalk is one of the biggest and oldest online forums, if we have more people who are interested in bitcoin join this forum, it will help reduce the misinformation in the bitcoin community at large.

I have two ideas on what i can recommend for you to have a good start from learning about the forum and bitcoin, learn to make use of the forum search engine for areas you would love to learn more about, secondly read through this mega Beginners and Help Encyclopedia https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5364418 thread where you could discover many updates and topics already discussed about the forum and bitcoin, while doing these or before starting at all, do ensure you go through the forum's rules and regulations to understand more that is required of you.

Welcome to Bitcointalk forum. Well, this board that you posted have pinned topics or threads you can check or view and then learn the content. There are also other forum members who created a thread about how to create constructive post if you plan to stay active on this forum. You are wrong about where Bitcointalk forum is about Bitcoin because this forum is the place where people discuss or share information either a warning, tips or guides and more so, you can say that this forum is about cryptocurrency in general. At first, the goal is for Bitcoin only until people discuss other than Bitcoin.
