If you feel regret, I think you are suffering from FUD. There is no reason to sell out your coin because of falling prices. If you sell now, when the price goes up, you will feel so stupid.
The market continues to disappoint. Should I regret investing in altcoins?
Prices aren't looking great at the moment, but I still believe that crypto is the future, and there are a lot of strong projects out there. I think that long-term the prices will go up, but we are still in the very early days of crypto. If the end state is crypto being a big part of everyday life for everyone, then there is a long long way still to go.
I'm beginning to regret that did not sell my altcoins before. But I'm struggling with this regret and will not sell in the near future. Hold. We haven't other option.
There are still few altcoins worth investing in and surely if we picked the best altcoin it can give us good fortune in the future, keep on investing for long term and avoid investing on daily basis or short terms to lessen your stress on this huge dip.

Though the present condition of the crypto market might be a bit discouraging because it is very low but I will suggest that you should be a bit patient and don't start blaming yourself now because I am sure the market will recover soon and the price of coin will grow again. You should not blame yourself. There are still opportunities for you to make better decisions. Do not rush and wait for the trend behind the ETF. I think the market is in turmoil because of it.
Which altcoins have you invested? If it some kind of shit-coins then yes, you probably should regret. "Probably" because even shit-coins may pop out. But there is a really low chances for that to happen. If you have top-100 or top-10 altcoins then just relax and wait.

It is easy to cry over spill milk now but in January, everyone was optimistic and said that bitcoin is going to 100k this year. This is a lesson for everyone that cryptocurrencies are very risky assets and they can drop over 90% in less than a year.
if all altcoins were like in December-January, I would have sold all the coins, but would that happen again?
almost all of us will always regret by not selling our cryptos . not just altcoin alone, because all of the cryptos right now are still struggling to recover . however we aint loose anything as long as we didnt sell . the best way to overcome this stress , is to leave the crypto market for awhile . let us also enjoy the life outisde away from internet , so that we can relax . we can then back to our business after a few weeks or months and for sure , cryptos will now be out of the red zone .

I regret not selling in January and then scooping up all the coins in this lowest part of the market cycle. I lost over 99% of my wealth this year BUT I never regret coming into crypto. I would capitalize on this downside right now and try to accumulate as much of the best coins of your choice as you can before the next bull cycle comes along. Turn your mistake, like me, into an opportunity now to invest in the best projects with the best fundamentals. Just do a lot of research and due diligence at this point and don't sell anything right now at a loss, that would be financial suicide in my books. I am trying hard now to get more PUNDI X as that is one of the best right now for long term.

But the ones I bought to hold for years, I held and kept adding, I still believe in them. The future looks bleak. But history tells us to be patient. Don't regret. At least you learnt something, right?

The only way to make up with your regrets is to move on and hope everything will be fine. The market will recover and will turn the tables soon. Don't loose faith yet. Pretty sure that you knew what would happen if you invest in crypto.
Get rid of these thoughts, do you want to sell your altcoins at a loss? remember, you haven't lost a cent as long as you have your altcoins.

the decision is in your hands, you don't need to believe what people say. decide for yourself. If you believe, do it, but if there is a little doubt, leave it. because too many people experience panic and fear right now
don't be worried for your altcoin, it can go up again don't be desperate. hodl and you will not regret it one day

No mate! You’re going to lose it all. Please just bear with the market volatility and it high up soon. HODL don’t panic. Lift up your hope and we will soar high this bull market.
As long as you invested the part of your money that you are willing and ready to lose, do not fear! First rule of investing, is to invest only what you can afford to lose, because the market is volatile - specially the cryptomarket! very volatile, and no one, even if the "GURUS" can't predict what the next movement will be.
I believe in the potential of ethereum, but I do believe change is eternal, there will always be new technology that could potentially surpass or complement current tech just like how ETH surpassed BTC. What news or resources do you read to stay up to date with these new tech? Just like how you learn about ethereum when bitcoin was still the big thing?
