never regrets mate and keep believing it will bounce back again soon to the current ath . If i were you stop checking your portfolio at this moment, which just stay away on it for now and relax , refresh your mindset then come back once you noticed the market is gradually recovering, then add more as well on your portfolio to retrieve your losses immediately. yeah, I agree with you dude. the most important is the patient and Knowledge so we can increase our fundamental analysis so we will know when we have to buy, hold or sell our assets

If you can't handle these prices swings, it means you are not prepared for this market. Did you actually expect to see the prices going up all the time? piece of advice: don't let your emotions dictate what you do with your coins, in times like these you need to think rationally.I don't know what coins your cou're currently holding, but I'd recommend you to keep them for the time being. The market will recover in the long-term, you just need to stop being greedy by expecting big profits asap and just be patience. Hell, it might even a good time to increase your holding by buying some more at current prices.
All are wishing that the market be stable again because lot of tokens are getting trapped this time due to the market price is still dropping but if the market will bounce back his price i sold all my tokens specially the altcoins...

But you must regret it that you can take a huge profit or get another chance to buy very cheap altcoins right now. I should be the correct answer for you dude. Altcoins are better than bitcoin if you can pick the correct ones at the right time. Not all of them are good as many are simply shitcoins with no value or purpose. Right now you should be looking towards QTUM and NEO which are Chinese competitors to ethereum. Both will have big gains in the near future
I hope you will be able to come back to this thread in two years time... Check the prices of your altcoins at present because you might have to compare the differences same two years time.

As someone wrote, if you don't have any urgent need for money, you should hodl. By any means, if you sell now, you might be regretting in the future.
Do not sell because the price of all the altcoins is very low. I think the price of altcoins will soon increase.So it's good to hold a long time now.
