Forum accounts that are being sold should be public, so that a trusted default user can leave neutral feedback with information to who and when it's sold.
To bad declouds turned out to be a scam, I'm moving away there's too little I could do anyways.

Yes, the Community should agree to give at least some BTC to anyone who manages to find the real scammer.
I don't think investors would mind as long as the scammer gets forked.
