The man in the video is likely an actor (the first video should have been in English) and I couldn't find any other his photos or SN profiles on the Internet;

and of course the shittiest whitepaper ever that clearly points on a scam.
CONCLUSION: DO NOT INVEST UNTIL THE TECHNICAL WHITEPAPER RELEASE, REVIEWING IT AND RESOLVING THE ISSUES ABOVE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET BURNED.

Video actor can be paid on some freelancer site, just costs 5 usd, easy to make one, you may be right.

The dev looks not good actually, therefore I don't think this is legit.
