Can someone quickly explain how the value of this coin is backed by the four precious metals? Also, is the main point of deCLOUDs the backing of precious metals? Looking at the features, I see some cryptocurrencies already have them.
The project consist of 2 parts:
1. decentralized tokens platform on the blockchain
2. integrated decentralized exchange where the tokens can be traded against the p.metals (peer-to-peer trading)

Its the main objective of the ICO so it must be for more bitcoin. Bonuses are obviously top lure more investors.

It looks like OPAIR scam, refuse to disclose more info. And this Chinese ICO blog speculates this declous is a scam.

Opair is no doubt a scam. They don't want to send the btcs from the first part of the ICO and that's definitely a bad faith sign apart from not providing their identity.
deCLOUDS has better project and could still rebut the allegations. if they could come up with a better answers than what people expect, they could get more BTC from investors.

I would think this could mean they'd be minting the metals like how XAURUM did to the gold they've bought using the funds they've got from RICO. They once mentioned they'd deposit the metal on a bank, but what i'm interested actually is how the platform looks. If they could show us how it may look in the future, it will be cool.

Yeah, would be nice to see a short bullet-point summary of what makes DeCLouds different to other cryptos, and exactly what the precious metals backing achieves..
