No, that's a big red flag. Sorry, Russian but yeah even I'm sound like asshole but the chance of legit ICO from Russia is very low.

Before to invest in any ICO the best you can do is to do you own investigation over the internet, is not matter where ICO is coming from but better to invastigate first

problem is that many people do not know the methods of rational evaluation of data and learn from their own mistakes Smiley

Very badly, most Russian ICOs turn out to be scams. Maybe it's not because we have all the scammers, but then because everyone just wants to enrich themselves on this topic, they're trying to create a blockchaine and holding an ICO, without thinking that it takes serious skills at least.

People what do you think about investment in russian icos?

I dont mind Russian ICOs even though Elementh seem to be out of their depth with regards to ICO. Seems they want to wait for their native coin Roll Eyes. As if exchange listings are getting easier with waiting. My biggest losses are all related to US based ICO so I have turned a lot more sceptical in that direction. There is quite a few it seems who like the ICO money but are not that interested in the blockchain space. Some well raised in the middle of the bear market like neo based narrative or Bridge Protocol who are substantilly below ICO price but I still hold some hope that they will deliver. Same in a way for datawallet. Vezt looks pretty much like a cash grab. EVC I am actually more bullish or Kairos.

This is a good topic. Because I was to ask from someone about what they think about the projects from Russia. I have not invested on any ICO. But I did a bounty campaign and still I have no idea what will happen to that project.

Most of it I think is SCAM. But there are also successful projects, such as Cindicator, Waves . This is my person opinion.
Sad to say but true, almost all of the ICOs are scam even if it is from Russia or not. It is very hard nowadays to spot a legitimate ICOs which have a working product.

I personally think that as long as the good ICO project in the market will definitely get the support of investors, but there are not many really good ICO projects, and some ICO project scams seriously hurt the confidence of investors and they are afraid to invest in ICO. The key question is whether the ICO project itself is true or not, is it worth investing, not looking at which country the ICO project comes from?

I do not believe in the Russian ICO, they have a very sad reputation.

I have the same feeling although some of the bounty managers I've worked with are reliable and competent, this is the reason why there are few Ico from Russia now but I believe one Ico will come out from Russia, they have a good array of coders and developers.

I have no luck with ico from Russia or the former USSR. Many of them are scam. i will avoid this ico in the future. even if they are good i will not invest any money. people should look for the scam ico people and then judge them. but nobody cares about that.

Recently there are good projects, but they are few. In the overall percentage, ICO data is still an unfavorable choice, both for investment and for bounty. But exceptions already began to appear. I hope soon there will be more good projects than bad ones.

People what do you think about investment in russian icos?

I think that Russian projects are not worse than any from Europe, USA and Asia. On my mind it is necessary to apply standard requirements during the project verification. There is no difference in process of control terms implementation.

Good icos depend on good projects, tech, team, vision etc, nationalities or countries should not be the determining factor for investment.

People what do you think about investment in russian icos?

I do not see how ICOs is differ on a national basis. As far as I know in Russia the sphere of cryptocurrencies is not yet being regulated and this provides more opportunities for launching ICOs.

It seems to me that more than 60 percent of all well-known ICOs consist russian team members. This country has to be proud of its specialists in IT sector and all of us know how make great projects were created by russians
Dont you think that its really funny - Russia has really good and well-known specialists, but its ICOs have sad reputation because of large amount of scams.
Perhaps this is because russian highly-qualified professionals prefer to work in another ICOs.

I think only ethereum and "waves?" were only well known in the cryptospace most of the time its about hacks and scam. Also due to Russia having a bad side against crypto most of the ICO's today in Russia are scam
We cannot indicate a country for ico scam. When there is successful ico from the particular country there will also be scams which is the universal truth. Another thing is the hacks, however high the security features were developed there happens hack which is mostly due to the irresponsible usage of wallets by the users.

I don't know much about Russian ICO because I have not really invested in any of them. So I don't have any comment on this. But whatever ICO from any country, do research well before invest.
