This never happens in the coin market.  How about the coin becomes a lien holder over the company in an amount that is equal to at least half of the money vested.  I am not sure if a "coin" can be folded into a public trust or private trust, but the process could be done technically, a simple encrypted key set that is needed to release the lien, once it has been satisfied.

After we build a house, you can create an order in the investor's cabinet for the exchange of tokens for an apartment. We draw up an apartment for you. ICO is scheduled for around 10 July. Pre-sale planned for additional attention of investors. Escrow we have Waves.
About the objectives of ICO...
You correctly understood: part of the money (about 65%) goes to the construction of houses, about 25% of the purchase of mining equipment, the remaining funds go to project management.

When are you able to deliver more information about the pre-sale? Do you know, how many tokens (in %) you want to sell in the pre-sale?

In Monday (26 june). By the time we are dependent on the token-platform (wave). They connect the investor's cabinet for about 2 weeks.
We do not want to limit presale. But we will not be able to start building more than 10 houses in this year.
Accordingly, the maximum we will issue 12320000 tokens: 1100000 x 10 + 12% (management of ICO).
