Remember that ICO is the best way to buy a coin from a cheapest value, so meaning if the project becomes successful or it got listed on a notable trading site for sure you will call it a good one because of high returns. But the thing here is, great rewards is always followed by great risk. The will depend on what type of ICO you're investing to. The first rule in terms of investment is that you MUST! know what is the nature of the business, Project, and Platform. If you are to participate on an ICOs be sure to be equipped with enough knowledge and information as that type of industry is quite complex in which you need to at least spend time to do your research. Also, be cautious as there are a lot of ICOs that are coming out as a total scam.
f you "heard about ICO recently", don't do it. There are a lot of factors in play in these projects that can make project successful or just a complete disaster, so you need to have a grasp on before making a decision to jump into ICO. I recommend you to do some research on how ICO works and what to know about them before trying to invest in one project. Good luck.

We also should be confused like you... It is not obvious thing, ICO can be a perfect invest or totally SCAM investment. All depends on its coin, devs technical paremeters. Always remember about well research. You invest your money so why can't you invest your time for that? The successfull research is the key to veryfie looking good ICO and a little of luck.

Its hard to believe in some running ICOs today because they are almost similar or copy with some existing coins and they both offering same services. I suggest you should stay away for now if you really dont know well the project of the coin. If you already have existing investment just go for a shortterm profit

ico may have so much profits months ago, but its hardly now, most ico will never reach the hard cap, and whtn they hit the exchange, the price will be even lower than ico

then read carefully what the ICO is avout. it is recommended that you read the white paper and know more about it. Then make a background check to the devs if possible. then decide whether to trust them and invest or not. There is always a rule when it comes to investing. " Don't invest what you cannot afford to lose".

ICOs is really a good short term investment only if you invest in the good coin and which is not scam but a legit one because many of the ICOs are scam or are just failed coins.The number of good coins are very less but invest in them might give you profits in short term investment as they can increase fast in short period of time.So i would recommend that if you are going to invest in ICOs just check whether the coins is legit and a profitable coin.
