this is a difficult situation, and the investor must really understand the project he is following.

I think ICO is good way to invest money. It's safe and secure. If you have some doubt then firstly you invest little amount then if you feel safe, you invest more.

The point to be noted here "If chosen carefully" and that is the most difficult thing to choose from. There are many ICO and some with great marketing team that presents even a scam ICO in such a way that no one can think it can scam and when such ICO does scam, a lot of people loose their hard earned money.
I mostly avoid the ICO as i have lost few times at the start of this year.

Yep it is. But be careful what ICO you're investing in. You need to be careful you need to distinguish if the ICO is fake or not. Just do the background check first

yes, ICO's is actually a great way to invest, especially if you're a trader with a smaller stack of money who can't do much on traditional exchanges. Traditional exchanges have an average of about 10% per year (return), so even if you invest about 10k you'll end up with 11k after an entire year, which isn't that great. What's awesome is that in the crypto world you're taking more chances (higher chances to lose your money) but at the same time your potential return can multiply by a thousand fold, which makes the original risk fair enough to bare. If you'll tell me that I have a 10 percent to make a 10000% return and a 80% of losing my entire invested capital, I'd gladly take that bet, because reward > risk.

Investing in ICOs or fully functional fresh currencies can be very profitable due to the fact that one is able to get in asset quick and often ahead of other market participants. However picking bad coin can easily lead to complete loss of investment if something goes wrong on development or coin has no long term use and the market looses faith and trust in currency which leads to collapse of value.

It's not the best way clearly. It's a good option if you could find the right Project to invest, if you couldn't it can turn into a nightmare for you. ICOs are like close boxes which can't be determined by us all the time.

Investors' interest in ICOs is decreasing, there are many reasons for that, one is the crazy number of ICOs being introduced daily, second is the high bitcoin price, third is the governments that issue warnings about ICOs from time to time.....

Anyway, ICO market will be extremely active and popular among investors in the near future. Everyone wants to find a diamond, something like new PayPal, Facebook, Google, etc. in a pile of manure. And we observe transformation, evolution period of the market now.

It could be the best way to invest in ICO but for me, ICO is one of the option to invest and can have good income/earning. There's a lot of way for you to invest, trading is one as well and I can see that there's a lot of people here who invest in trading. In my end, I only invest my TIME (for bounties) and I think it also valuable

Well both are really profitable, in ICO you will make good money if the project succeed and while on trading you will surely earn big money when you are trading with some knowledge and experience. Just be careful on investing with ICO since not all of them are real project so study first before you invest.
