why is crypto souk only determined as middle east exchange? what is your reason for determining this?
Middle East is initial target market due to team's exposure and experience yet the platform is open to all regions.Everyone will be able to join and benefit from all that Cryptosouk will offer.They chose middle east simply because there is no competition there and souk will be first exchange in the region. Region rich with money.

Can you give us some info how you plan to spend funds raised during ICO?
This is what i found on their website
20% Marketing/Community
15% Market Liquidity
25% Product Development
40% Legal and Licensing.
I personally would put more into product development as that will further the lifespan of the project.
40% on legal and licensing seems to me a lot, as other projects do not diverge so much for this segment.
I think thats not a surprise beacause Cryptosouk is an exchange,so there are more legal issues to solve.
It make sense. With regard to their business, legal issues are certainly the main issue to be dealt with.
