if that is certain while many good and promising ICOs will continue, but if the ICO progresses, the ICO will quickly die if in my opinion. because the ICO enthusiasts will no longer exist if many investors are harmed
The ICO has a great chance to recover and be a good way of fund raising. The only good thing is the project and the product so many will invest in the ico project. ico is good if it's legit because it's a great opportunity to succeed and earn a great deal.
I agree that ICO's has a big chance of surviving but we need a strict government regulation so that only legit projects can make a ICO's,and also even a projects has a product we cannot assure that the project will be succeed because investors now are now very careful in investing in a ICO's.
The market is not growing now and is standing still at one place, until the market falls I think that everything will be fine with the ICO, and if the market will start growing then ICO will not disappear either, but if the market will start falling again and will breaking through the new bottom, then ICO will die.

People have learnt the hard way after many bad encounters with scam ICO. It will definitely take a lot to convince most investors to give ICO another chance except we witness another bull run.
Ive been joining ICO since 2017, and I have lose good amount of investment. I would say that It preferable to just buy stable coin like Bitcoin and eth and then store it in a secure wallet like Hodler wallet. ICOs usually dump it's price unlike stable coins which keep on growing. It's just that, you have to wait longer period of time to realize it's return.
Iico's trust is actually gone, people are not as interested as ico before because so many problems and also fraud occur, it must be able to be changed in order to give confidence back
In my opinion, in order to restore trust in ICO projects, it is necessary to eliminate fraudulent projects by introducing regulators in ICO

This year I can only count a few ICOS on my fingertips that might have been successful or stayed the course. The days of 2017 are well and truly over and now investors are getting much savvier than ever before. Also, more and more securities are popping up and people are preferring to invest in those. Having said that though I think the ICOS that DO become successful will be heavily backed by real capital coming from venture capital firms and institutions that will be smart enough to buy tokens/coins in the presales or private sales. I hope 2019 can be much better performance wise than 2018.
Yes, in spite of everything that is happening now, many projects can really do a lot of useful things. The most important thing is that today people who have previously invested still have an interest in cryptocurrency and it will continue.
In previous, many ICO was profitable but now there are a lot of ICO not profitable and many ICO getting fail. Investor now very conscious about ICO investments. But I believe that some ICO still good for getting profit.

I think there are still huge opportunities in the ICO project. As long as there are strong projects and are recognized by the authorities, the ICO project will be successful. 
I think that in the future ICO will cease to be as popular as it was the last 3 years or even now. Most likely this year will gain more and more popularity STO.

That's right. Investors must have had experience and learning about scammers and made them more careful in choosing projects and this certainly helped reduce the project scam that made investors lose their investment and indeed I think the project scam will still be there. So, be careful when choosing a good project and it's good if you ask for advice from your friends who you trust to give their opinions.
There are some new strategies like IEO coming into the market so which might taks its place of its get successful but when the bull run begims the ICO will regain the people to invest on it just like before.

I think so, as long as the creative team for promotion then they can reach hardcap, of course this is not easy because the market is red, and the best thing to succeed at ICO is always optimistic and positive thinking.
