I think ICO can survive but new project have to find new ideas and think something to protect investors to be scammed otherwise market will no recover soon because investors have lost faith in ICOs
As long this ICO have good product and hard working teams it will survive. We all know than some of project is trash and wants to be scam us but people in crypto now is more vigilant to every ICO come. It will survive as long they can manage it well for their goal not for the price.

As usual observations, mostly all tokens coming from ICO were certainly dump after listing which it could give chances for them to buy more but the worst thing to see is that, it hardly to recover reaching again ICO price and more worst when it become dead.

of course, I still believe ICO has a high dedication to developing its project, although many argue that the ICO will end. many ICOs have the potential to cheat, but if we choose to choose the ICO that will be done, the results will be good.

After 2017 max ICO profits, ICO has since then been a high target for scammers but alas ICO will still survive on the long run ,bitorrent and fetch.ai has proven that, many investors are now getting smart and extremely more careful ,its really a good thing ,before we know it the scam rate will get lower and scammers won't make a dime from ICO anymore. I think action speaks more than words,no one wants to lose money to scam projects anymore so they are forced to learn how to spot good projects to invest in. Warning doesn't work but investors losing money does makes them learn.
Well investors are getting smart and how about new investors who just came in without knowing how to figure out a good project to scam one, ICO should be stopped or regulated or we need to shift to new crowdfunding or ICO will be dead, well it's already bleeding.
