I do agree with the thread title! The ICO will be replaced by the IEO! Because if you look attentively on ICO project then you will see they are nothing but a scammer. After raising fund they list in a free charged Dex or low volume exchange and then nothing! So, I we need to welcome the IEO era gladly! Therefore, Not only Bittrex and Binance, but many exchanges like Dobitrade, latoken, oKex are also coming for the IEO! But some projects are making own exchange to do the IEO! So, here we need to aware again!
Today, a lot of new blockchain startups have abandoned the idea of ICO and in lieu of that embrace the IEO idea. IEO has taken the place of ICO because people tend to trust IEO than ICO. People trust IEO because they are being done on renowned exchange and people feel safe whenever they are investing in IEO.
IEO has already replaced the traditional way of crowdfunding by crypto projects via ICO. IEO has given better results since investors are more confident knowing that the coin will be listed after IEO and they don't need to wait for long duration. Also, investors believe the team has been verified by the said exchange hosting the IEO.
The deed has been done and the cryptocurrency community has ever been grateful to the initiators of the ideas such as Latoken which was later popularised by Binance and Okex. Now investors won't have to be bothered about getting a quality exchange to trade their coins which used to be a lingering problem in the past during the ICO era
ICO is currently very bad, there are too many scamer, if this continues ICO will really die, besides that now investors have switched to IEO. So, the ICO Hanua is just waiting for time.
Seems like it’s already replaced by IEO lately. Binance impressed hundreds of people with the IEO’s. People think that a project which will be listed on Binance is reliable and profitable. Everyone wants to make more money and Binance offers many benefits with these IEO.

Soon it will be returning reciprocal and we will find again ICO makes their own market among every cryptocurrency users. We need to analyse how ETH raising in 2017 and now how exchanges started their growth again.

some exchanges have different rules for the IEO. You must be able to pass their requirements, such as binance, which asks us to have a BNB coin balance in our account to be able to join the IEO. but there are some other exchanges that look easier. if it's a problem with the IEO, we should be able to choose a really good ICO project.

but the IEO also does not provide big guarantees to investors. even for the IEO in large exchanges such as binance, the number of participants was also limited to purchases. ICO may lose popularity, but not to be abandoned.

IEO nowadays are very trending, and this is most priority by the investors and bounty hunters as well actually.
But even IEO was trend so far, ICO now compared to bear market are much good and better in fairness. So, I doubt IEO could replace
ICO because they are just the same in so many ways.

its same like can crypto can replace fiat, i think not even if crypto will dominant in the future.

Binance has raised fund for two projects and they have offered their 3rd project which sell will be at March 19 or 21 of instant. It's Celer Network. Their previous two projects were successful and I hope this one will also be a successful one.
However, it seems Bittrex is also following the same and there is an IEO on their platform too. Can IEO replace the ICO?

I don't know about IEO, but I think that project cannot replace ICO because of the high potential of ICO in this year. IMO, ICO project will still exist if the price is as good as at the moment. You should wait for the growth of the ICO project this year.
now that this has happened, even many people have begun to believe in the IEO rather than the ICO. if you think about why you have to trust ICO that has a lot of scammers and deceive investors if there is a potential IEO that is good for success.
Well, IEO is now growing so fast and many people believe more on IEO system, moreover those that list the coins on the trusted exchanges. It may be a hard competitor of ICO and sometimes it will be bigger. But, to replace, I still have no idea, probably.

my opinion ieo better than ico because it is more promising than ico which is not yet clear because people are not sure with ico who is too much fraud manipulating project revenue, what i like about it is transparent However, it seems Bittrex is also following the same and there is an IEO on their platform too. IEO has long ago replaced ICO, because many investors have already left ICO projects and started investing in IEO, because now you can earn a lot in IEO
