We'll have two kind of blockchain: the basic one that contains whole ratings, sertificates of the users, full info about everybody. The second one is embedded blockchain. It's a type of blockchain that are relied to customer, freelancer and their verefication agent(s) only and the customer (whom hire the freelancer) is free to set the volume of information which are acessed by the hired worker and agent. Of cause the volume should be enough for the job been done.

Most of projects nowadays are doing that thing, they are trying to protect themselves from that weird dumps

True that, also it makes people follow the project and keep them from silly "got tokens - sell -forget forever"
