The customer is allowed to point the formal criteria of the project that should be accepted by the freelancer. The criteria may be arbitrarily complex and include the goals and rules for freelancer determining the volume of available information required and sufficient for successful completing the technical task inspection so the more precisely that information volume is set, the less chance a leaks may appear.
So and what if somebody mentioned wrong information, technical task is incorrect or the available information is not enough for inspection?
As for me the most important thing is the team and the project itself
