I think it's based on the quantity of posts and summary of all members on the official channels

Other websites, well, they just list an ICO and that's it, no further analysis or actions are taken

True, there are those websites. But we don't change ratings for money or any other data (to make ICOs look good).

You see, nowadays a lot of people are creating an ICO rating sites, they put an ICO there and then start asking for a money if that ICOs wish to change their rating to the better one. You're right, exactly what you mean. An ALE token gives you an opportunity to trade on exchanges and vote for a system changes, an AXEL token works inside the system and helps you with inner payments
