How about back-up your wallet.dat delete the ICOBID folder in the roaming folder. Then run the client. Most of the user here fixed the issue by doing that. Maybe you need to try it too. Just don't forget to back up the most important files before doing it. I hope that will fix the problem

Again, wallet is fine, you have problem with your setup.

I agree and I built the wallet and added to static node to it, so you shoudn't even need a .conf

I had this Problem before. But I got it solved after putting my nodes in ICOBID roaming folder. Check OP for the nodes

Better if you will just use the new one and delete all the files (ICOBID old and new in your roaming folder), except wallet.dat ofcourse then try running the wallet qt again. There will always be a way to make it sync I think. If you will still have any problem, you can ask Pioneer88 directly. We must not jump into any conclusion of coin being scam or going to die just only because of wallet sync issue.
