Sighs... I understand you are trying everything you can to collect more funds for your project.. But lets say I invested in the first few days.. How would you justify this ICO term changes? This was not the term I decided to invest on right? (I didnt invest though, this is just an example)
Want to gain more investors?
Create a new and proper (main)website.. Still some mini bugs in there, and it's look is not attracting new investors imho..
Hire a designer to create you a proper roadmap etc, instead of the paint images..
Stop changing the ICO investment terms.. How can changing terms bring more trust?
Show some activity on github.. Your source needs work..
I think Dev have lots of things running in his mind. So probably this is one of the result of those things. There is no rule that restrict ICO in changing rules or giving away discounts or bonuses while ICO is up (a sample of free / open market), but there is no assurance that this change in rule will not give negative impact on that project.
As of the investment before that discounts, I think there is an announcement that will at least compensate early investors depending on the result of this one day sales.
And yes you does not sound one and you have a very valid point.
They announced that the unsold token will be kept frozen in an address visible to the public, so you would detect if it is moved or not, i would vote to keep it in a non-staking wallet or do not stake the leftovers before selling it again when the platform is released.
