It is long time to see this coin, but ico is still not over, why? You don't have enough fund?
It was stated that this ICO will last for 4 weeks. It announced at Sept.1 and had their pre-ICO, then some weeks break before hitting the Main ICO, then some problem occured and they have to cancel and relaunch after a week or two of fixing stuff. Now they are almost down to the last week of their ICO.
So the answer would be, their scheduled ICO is not yet over. Sometimes you need to read more, than asking question that can be answered by reading ICO schedule.

I believe in the ICOBID project, since the beginning the effort of this team in trying to raise investors is incredible!

It is actually impossible because the dev team will be dumping long before 1.5k and its nice wishing for people but they dug their own grave and they will lie in it.
They announced that the unsold token will be kept frozen in an address visible to the public, so you would detect if it is moved or not, i would vote to keep it in a non-staking wallet or do not stake the leftovers
before selling it again when the platform is released.So your telling me they never brought their own at 350sat? LOL newbie! And get a fucking burn address and send them there.

Then continue to create the platform while looking for a trading platform/exchange to list ICOBID. That is probably the first few steps of Pioneer88.
