No.People will jump in to buy something which they know will appreciate in value after few time.They know they can always sell their ICN at higher price.This will encourage trading of ICN like btc.Why do most traders buy btc?obviously to sell it at higher price same will work for ICN now.Buy sell buy sell and make profit each time

No that does not clean anything. Because of the belief that the price will increase endlessly ? That is just stupid. That is the definition of ponzi schema, in which your profit comes from hoping that some one else will buy from you at a higher price that what you have payed.
