They just need to find more use cases to ICN , i dont know if you can INVEST in iconomi.net homepage with ICN Tokens , but that definetly would help , if people would lock them in funds

Volume is quite low, so price can be manipulated quite easily...

That's a normal move for crypto - I wouldn't read too much into it. You're right that the volume is low, mainly because it is not traded on the large exchanges like other cryptos.
