There are good and professional ICOs, and there are scams. And there are a lot that may be are not scams, are made with good intention, but they are manager in amateurish way.
There are a lot of ICOs who just come to scam people.Recent ICOs are most scammy and Only few are legit.However,depends on The intention of project leaders if they really want make name in crypto or just want to be vanished after scamming people.
Depends on the ICO you take part in, there are good ICOs out here that pay well and and are as faithfull to their bounty hunters, for such you have to follow good bounty managers to increase your chances of getting a good ICO

Well, in General, any ICO project should be legally registered in the state where it was created. And if there is no such registration, then it is a Scam
Depends I suppose. It depends what type of project are you going to pursue and invest but if you want my honest opinion stay away from ICO's and invest after the ICO is done maybe you have a chance to buy lower as most the of ICO's goes down after they finish the ICO.
Looking at the market now there are a lot of scams out there that does not mean that There are no legit project out there I just had to be a tad bit careful when you are investing in an ico and don't end up picking one with a useless project and a useless coin

There are so many ICOs out there that is not a scam, while there is a mere fact that 80-90% of them is a scam. The very best example of a good ICO is Binance, you can look at www.coinmarketcap.com it is on top 21 of the best coin out there. You just need to review or scan first on what is the purpose of the ICO, is the team behind it is real? Are they working hard to make the project success, you can also ask here in BTT for comments or suggestion on the coin you want to invest.
