Due to the fact that the risk of investing in the ICO campaign has increased significantly, I see that there is less willingness to participate in them. Even judging by the campaigns of the signature, in some campaigns, ten to two dozen people participate. This is comparatively very small. Some campaigns because of this offer for participation in the campaign signatures and social networks partial payment in bitcoin or ethereum. Then indeed, interest in such a campaign is increasing. Apparently, the decrease in demand for participation in the ICO also applies to investors. The way out is seen in the regulation of the ICO process by state or public bodies.

Nah, I don't think what's stated in the OP is correct.  I have most of the altcoin section blocked, so I don't see a lot of this crap, but I don't think interest is diminished one iota.  There's still ICOs getting cranked out and the prices of various cryptos have never been higher.  Same with bitcoin.  And even if there's a lull in the action (can't attest to that personally), it's just that, a lull.  I'm pretty sure this isn't the end of the ICO world.  Not when there's all this money flowing into crypto, which is coming from all directions--including Wall Street.  You'll see.

I don't agree with it. On my mind, ICO's has a stable position and it aren't coming to an end
Bad news for ICO, in 2018 there will be a lot of hardfork is a threat to ICO.
The way of view of the ICO began to be different and they prefer to be distributed for free like BTG.

I would say that ICO's are still profitable and they won't dissapear in the nearest future. Of course more and more investors prefer to buy tokens after ICO, because in most cases tokens' price is dumped below ICO price. But still there're several ICO during a month that are sold out during a pre-sail and their price growth to x2-x5 in some days.

Finally. I think that due to the recent flurry of airdrop scams, ICO's received almost no attention and now that the airdrop scams are receding, the attention to ICO's has pretty much diminished. Now, the hype is all around masternodes but that will soon go away as well. I guess, the real question is, what is next??
I do not know what report between scam and the finally of ico. The scam is always in all fields and this does not mean the end but everyone has to distinguish between the good project and the bad project. That's all .

There are so much projects which could be realized with Blockchain and crypto and as long people still see the opportunity to make money with it, there will be ICOs. I think we are still in a starting phase and there will come so much more related to ICOs. Look at current ICOs they still make millions of dollars and as long this goes on, ICOs and companies will fund their money with ICOs.

You must be either jelous for some ICO or you even lost money of some ICO. Don't you worry , we all did , that's why you must check and re-check every ICO that atracts your attentions.

Lately , I've discovered the TokenPay ICO , and to be honest I didin't have such a nice feeling from a long time when it comes up to crypto. For those who wants to take a look , I will leave the thread here.

Where do you get this disinformation?) ICO is only gaining in popularity. It is possible that some startups are close to completion but you can't say that all of the ICO are compliting their existence.

this is one weird thread)) so do u have any research done or any articles? or specialists' opinions? this seems like some silly statement. of course there have been many scam icos recently, but this is only because ico is a very popular way of collecting money nowadays. so i don't think that u are right, not even a little bit. don't scare people))))

ICO will continue to exist due to the nature of crowdfunding a project. There are lots of good one around and I am pretty sure new one will arise. I am pretty sure we are going to see many forks of bitcoin and other strong altcoin. Speculations around these new trend might lead to new ath.

You are wrong. Aidrop scamtokens only spam this forum (which I do not like at all). Still lots of interesting projects with high a potential to generate high income.

Mining is coming to an end, not ICOs. It is still in the beginning of the process. There are really useful projects to come.

I definitely think ICOs are very far away of "coming to an end", they are starting to appear in the mainstream, some of them appear even on Bloomberg and there's millions of dollars still being put on them, maybe they will slow down, but they are here to stay.

I think, ending of ICOs is an illogical thought. How will the new idea be placed on the market when the Icos are over.  Technology isn't monopolized by anyone. Everyone should be able to market their project. The investor will choose the good project .

I have never heard of anything like that . ICOs are not coming to an end just because of some stupid "air-drops" .
Imagine what will happen to the world of "trading" of crypto currencies if the ICOs end . Millions of stakes and funds are kindled and linked with the ICOs .
I haven't seen a day when in the bounty section a new ICO does not pop-up . ICOs may be getting some bad views due to the reports of scams and them not being registered properly and effectively but there are many projects which are winning the trust and giving some huge profits to the traders and investors .
There may be many shit-head ICOs but some of them are genuinely worth invetsing in.

Ha, ICOs are not gonna stop. Its the people who are more informed, and do more of their own due deligence. ICOs might slow down a little with the gov's coming in and regulating them. Which should be a good thing hopfully. But they are not gonna end, ICOs are here to stay.

No that is not true.
They are still on going and will keep on. Look, just holding every crypto is not much fun and waiting is kind of boring.
Doing something with your coins is the best thing that ever happened to me and one of that is joining this ICO's.
They might be in the long run profit but still that is profit.
Altcoins have a slower phase on getting a good but investing with new coins. That is a good profit.

You are wrong.  ICO will never end. There are new projects coming everyday.  And many ICOs. People will surely invest on the ico because they want to get profit with their money. And there are many successful projects in the market.  So you can't say tha ico is coming to end.
