I'm over trying to keep up with this clown show, I've tried to help as much as I can. Mj has my btc address if he decides to refund me for any of my swept halving sets or 12 raffle cards i paid for as I see those are now being included. Good luck figuring this out, im headed to work for more cheap sats 😉

Pay back swept people who refused Cygan's BTC and also anyone who sent BTC to SKamKey raffle .
Pay back Cygan his BTC given out to make people whole.(He volunteered to do this and had no reason to do so)
Any leftovers go to people who ordered cards and never received.
Pay back peoples business loans given to SkamKey.

Not sure there is enough BTC to cover premiums lost and that would be quite difficult in determining and also who gets what, but its an opinion and it counts as well and should be considered of course.

I do not like the idea of a raffle or a coin etc etc etc. I think we should send the BTC back to the collectors who lost BTC directly. BTC for BTC so to speak. These are my opinions and I mean no offense in stating the opposite..so I respect everyones opinion as we are all victims here. Starting a poll would be the best way going forward once everyone chimes in. Cheers

The Stone the masons rejected was the cornerstone.
Ok, feel free to add these… this is my best & final remedy.  If nothing else, there would be enough data to make a final vote.  Everyone else can take it from here ✌🏼

2 Polls

Who benefits?

*Multiple Answers*
1. Everyone who was rugged
2. Everyone who lost premium due to peeling after warning (includes rugged people bc they also lost premium)
3. Everyone who never received a purchased item or funding from Yogg
4. Everyone who gave Yogg a business loan
5. Everyone who donated items to charity auctions (if it’s a coin, card or raffle)
6. Everyone who beats the shit out of Yogg’s bitch-ass (kidding of course ?)

Remedy?

*One Answer*
1. Pay back rugged people who refused cygans’s & remainder goes to coin or card
2. Pay back rugged people who refused cygans’s & remainder goes to raffle
3. Collectible coin or card
4. Raffle with one winner
5. Raffle with multiple winners
6. Distribute funds directly to chosen people in poll 1 with details to be determined
7. Donate all to a reputable charity
8. Other (please specify)

Like most of these....  My opinion is as follows...

  Remedy..in this order

Pay back swept people who refused Cygan's BTC and also anyone who sent BTC to SKamKey raffle .
Pay back Cygan his BTC given out to make people whole.(He volunteered to do this and had no reason to do so)
Any leftovers go to people who ordered cards and never received.

How were they victims of the yogging? This is getting ridiculous lol

They’re the only reason we’re having this conversation lol

But that’s why we need to vote.

Obviously a donator to charity auctions would only get a coin or card if we made one… that’s continent on what the choice is for what we do with the funds.

Let’s just make 2 polls.  1 for who benefits & 1 for the distribution.  No alt accounts can double vote.

The Stone the masons rejected was the cornerstone.
It would literally be impossible to figure out reimbursement for anything other than the directly yogged  halving sets. Just myself I'm over 1 btc in losses if you count premium for my collection of over 200+ coldkeys, unfunded history cards, unrecieved orders, and thats stipl not accounting for the .5 BTC business loan or the yogged halving sets in my collection

Simple answer is a custom ballet with remainder of funds distributed to the cards or a raffle.  I say ballet because they do custom designs & they’re trusted.

I'm wondering if something within the community may be a better idea.

Please add your idea to list of poll options & we can vote on it ✌🏼

Aye a poll would be the way to go once we decide what is to be voted for etc etc etc.

All those affected should post their opinions so they can be included in the poll.

I agree. If anything, it’s likely that Yogg is still posting here with alt accounts and attempting to further benefit from his scam using the charity angle to collect a portion of the donated funds. I think it’s horrible what he did but it’s impossible to fairly or equally compensate all victims at this point. The whole situation is awful and I’m not trying to discourage donations. If there were any way to fairly distribute funds to all victims I’d donate myself. I just don’t see how that could be possible.

Satoshi loves sleazy bitcoin too - Ordinals
Honestly debating what to do is going to take forever and just give more thought to Yoggs POS scam self….

Raffle sounds pretty fucking good eh? Lol

Or donate it to a charity that helps kids??

My personal loss was just in premiums paid for products that are now practically worthless. I would never loan Yogg money and always jumped his ass right away about funding my purchases. Probably out a few thousand but oh well - live and learn.

Personally - I lay no claim to auction funds if you guys are going to try to divide the .4 up as legally all swiped funds have been returned and everyone lost premiums. I bet on coldscam and lost. I’ll take the L. I knew better and even called out this as the next scam… yet still bought them.

Raffle seems fair if we all want a shot at some sats - I love to gamble so seems fun and less time consuming than debating what to do.

… or donation - just make sure it’s a good charity and not a rip off one.

Seems best to make a poll - put 3-5 options and let those affected or full members vote on it. Let’s get this shit over with tho as we should all be in the acceptance phase of grief and moving the fuck on from Yogg.

There are many people out of thousands of dollars, I'm not sure how it would be split best.

Personal loss is about 500 EURO

To Polymerbit: about $10k in damages
