I believe there are also other threads in investigations on this matter - might be good to link those into yours as well.

I had approx .75 BTC invested into coldkey via cards bought, loads, prepayment for cards never delivered and for a loan made directly to coldkey.

While there is a refund pool, it is not enough to barely pay half of what I lost and I am, by far, not the biggest loser.

That said, I do not expect to ever see a full recovery of what I lost. I would like to see a refund for the loan and for the cards never delivered though.

I started a thread in Investigation to get the ball rolling on suing Yogg in France by a french victim.

If I am right its not 100% decided how to use the funds from the pool. Unfortunately, there are many victims of him..

cygan joined (or even bought into) Coldkey towards the end of 2022
A really, really gross move by yogg...   cygan paid a big amount of BTC only to be attacked a short time later. This just goes to show what a disgusting and unlikable person Patrick (yogg) is.
I would strongly say that cygan was unaware of all the dealings and yogg had "good" uses for a new CEO in his plan.
So cygan got dragged into it unnecessarily.

But all of yogg's intentions are guesswork, he didn't have balls to make a statement. In reality, he lied to the people who have always been loyal to him.

What we do know is that all our funds on the coldkeys are gone..

Then, can i be included in the refund pool ?
I know it is 100% yogg fault, but were you not the CEO of coldkey at the time of the incident?

I am french, and will be going to France in August (not where the cards are).
I am aiming to officially file a complaint to the police about Yogg.  (depot de plainte).

Money will not be returned, he probably will not go to jail, but if criminal record will forever be tainted and it will make it hard for him to have a job or start a new business.

cygan started to pay out of his own pockets when things got started.

At that time it was said that only the halving sets were affected and cygan then decided to refund them although he was not to blame for the matter.
That the whole thing then assumed such proportions was not necessarily clear.

So u can't blame cygan after it was already a significant amount that he paid for. That was very commendable, especially when u consider that he also took a big hit himself.

I'm really sorry for u but maybe you can still prove ownership of the halving cards.
I've only been back for a short time and saw that all my cards (and there were quite a few) were cleared by yogg too.

Alright, so this my claim :

I claim that I own the following Cold key :



I have with me the card that say HOME, I've emptied them on  13th Jan 2023 once i was made aware of yogg activities.
(keep in mind that at this point, i hadn't connected or visited BBT in like over 1 year).


My claim is supported by :

1) a google spreadsheet created 17 mars 2022  The day i loaded all my card at the same time :

I have removed my name, but just to show that I created a list of my card in march 2022, long before any YOGG suspicious activities.


2) a blockchain transaction loading all the cards i claim to own at the same time, on the day i created my spreadsheet.



3) I have with me the 4 cards from my list 




4) i can actually sign a message from the adress that funded my card and the one emptied by Yogg.

So, no i don't have access to the card that yogg emptied, they are located 24h by plane from my current location and the cost to retrieve is about $6000 usd Plus about 4 days of my life ( 1 day in plane each way, one day to collect, and one day to recover from jet lag).

I was assured by Cygan that only the halving set were affected on January 14th 2023

(not that it matters too much, because even if he said that all cards were affected, it was and still not possible for me to go and retrieve the cards)

The reason why the cards were left behind after i moved was for them to become available when my children turn 18 (now 1 and 2) during a trip back to the country they were born (but not grew up).

It is only on 19th of June that i realised that yogg emptied more cards on april 23rd and that I contacted Cygan again.

Anyway, this is the end of my message, I may not have been the one impacted the most, but the 0.01 x 2 + 0.05 and 0.1 BTC lost (total is 0.17 BTC = USD $5,134) as well as one copper set (not on the list, and nothing to prove ownership) are of sentimental value to me as they would have been kept for 18 years.

So now, i'm asking to be considered for a full or partial refund based on the information shared above.

     You ain't the only one matey! Perhaps someday we can organize a trip to France and see the city of lights and how beautiful it is....never been to France except when I had to transfer flights at the airport....but never stepped outside.

    And we can also take some photos for the memories as well. I am sure we will have fun!

I don't consider it important, especially when reading what everyone else lost, so just if anyone's keeping some sort of total tally he also got my 0,0065 BTC for a set of 3 personalized Bas Coldkeys. Were supposed to be finished last year in October, but I thought hey, I can wait, I can trust this guy

Agree, this pool to reimburse is a skamtastic disaster waiting to happen. Nothing against Cygan but the scammers that will come out of the woodwork and scoop up anything available. I really do hope all of you that experienced losses do get something in the end. I am licking my wounds and moving on, but small beans I'm sure compared to you Hookz.

I dont think anyone has received anything except from Cygan's direct pocket so far.

I guarantee I lost more than anyone due to yoggs actions and I never recieved a single satoshi from the victim auction, and I will not accept anything from cygan (another victim with huge heart)

there is a refund pool (0.4003BTC) that was created by this auction at that time.
i would suggest that this pool should be used for other victims. but first i need some proofs (including pics) from you (via pm) about which series you are talking about here

I *had two funded Playtoshi's that were compromised today.
I knew the risk, took the chance, and got fucked - poor decision on my part.
