Participated only on IEO listing with higher exchange market like binance, bittrex, kucoin and bitmax, never trying for investing your money in bad exchange because their IEO project have bad price.
And less volume as well, if the project will not gain volume, eventually it will die just like other ICO coins. Though the competition in participating an IEO in big and popular exchange is hard, but it's really worth if you are successful as these coins will most likely pump in just a short period of time, and with their decent volume, that gives liquidity which gives better chance of success in the long run.

You are right, there are many things that we imagine when we want to participate in IEO project ... with various ASSUMPTIONS like..This is a project that proposes and to avoid scammers. What is certain is that all hope that it is not in vain because it takes up our time and energy.

Yes. I participated in some IEOs and I will in upcoming IEOs. The ICO market was starting to fall last year. For many reasons like market conditions or lot of scammers or some failed project. So people are kind of afraid to invest. But after ieo market came everything changed. IEOs came with some great names on it and people are again interested in investment. I have participated in IEO's and they are indeed a hot trend now since it provides liquidity and provides the assurance that us, investors needed. No one wants to get scammed and that's why we're now looking at IEO instead of ICO's which has scammed so many people. Though IEO's always have risks and its pretty hard to be a part of the campaign, I'm looking at another offering which is like an evolved IEO. if selected, you can buy a private sales-like price of a certain coin that is already in the exchange. All these doesn't erase the fact that everything will always have risks, you just have to play it smart and do your best to minimize casualties.
my opinion about IEO. that the IEO is more effective than ICO. most ICO investors turned to investment in the IEO because it was promising and it was evident that many IEO projects succeeded in large exchanges such as Binance and perhaps that was one of the reasons that made the IEO increasingly attracted by ICO investors.
IEO is juat a modified form of ICO. I actually resigned pariticipating in ICO when I realised it has become a money making medium for scammers and I'm not sure I will change my decision because ICO has now turned IEO.
They are different in terms of raising their tokens. Although IEO is still risky, it's still better than ICO because in ICO you don't really have no idea if you investment will be listed in the marktet. On the other hand in IEO, you have more assurance because it's being raisded through and exchange wherein scamming is unlikely to happen specially if it was partnered with strong foundation exchanger.
How are IEOs popular now, I will not force to invest there. If that is not possible because the project is indeed less good and less attractive. I will invest in the IEO, if the project is indeed good. And I will see also where the IEO is in exchange, because the Exchange usually dominates the project very much.
