I will participate of course if after my research on the project and also on the exchange the initial exchange offerings will be held on. I find initial exchange offerings more comfy than the initial coin offerings.

yes i parcitipate in IEO becuase i think there is another way safe invesment. but i don't parcitipate in ieo with low volume trade or not hype exchange

IEO is just another form of ICO. A legalized one since it comes with project devs submitting themselves for KYC and all other requirements. But I have been burnt too much from ICOs that I can't trust IEOs. I would rather wait for a project to list on an exchange and then buy directly from there rather than risk IEOs.
In as much as IEO are becoming very popular the same way fraudulent guys are taken incharge of the market and taken advantage of the situation, I will always wait to buy a project after it's listed and am convinced that it's a good entry point
