Binance became a popular exchange because it successfully launched BTT and until now no one has been able to compete with binance.
but it's worth the wait whether other exchanges will make new innovations and imitate binane's success.

Check on the announcement thread all Cryptocurrency project has an official announcement there, you will find projects that will hold their IEO in exchange, check the project first if they have potential in the market, and check on what exchange is going to hold their IEO its much better that you for the big exchange with a good reputation.
Another method is,,, sign up to the exchange that you trust. For example,,, if you trust that Binance Launchpad has the best methods for verification, has chosen the best projects, and you also trust them with your funds and trust them to allow you a fair chance to invest,,, then you just wait for them to announce their latest projects for IEO.
This is my advice, but not what I personally do (Personally,,, I do not trust exchanges OR IEOs!).
Not all that glitters are gold. I bought my first IEO token from bittrex (ocean) I lose 80% of my investment. After this great lost I made up my mind never to try it again. But on a second thought so exchange do bring profit from IEO. I have taken my time to check which exchange bring the highest income and I notice is binance. Binance exchange is a perfect choice for you. Their condition is not too strict and it is based on more luck. With the opening of selling token of ONE (harmony), they were very smart to choose the tickets that were lucky to buy ONE but not for investors to buy by themselves. because there are currently many people who have written the tool to buy it very effectively. Therefore, buying a token in Binance is very fair and reasonable.

My first advice would be not to even get into IEOs,,, yes you will be tempted by all the BTT and so on and so forth,,, but the fact is even on the biggest exchange (Binance) the IEOs have been seeing smaller and smaller returns. Today, in 8 hours Bittrex will have an IEO and I will guarantee it finishes again in seconds,,, but the price raise will not be x5 more like x2. Bittrex will probably try to pump it a bit but in the end this is just ICO version 2.
I think IEO is safer than ICO. Not all ICOs after the end of sale will be listed on exchange. And IEO will often be listed on the exchanges they launch the IEO. The problem is that we need to find really good IEOs. I participated in many IEO and realized, Binance is the most successful IEO place. This is not too surprising because Binance is big and reputable exchange. Idax, Bittrex, Bitforex, and Kucoin are also good choices for IEOs.All is still your smart choice!

I only suggest you to buy /invest IEO which is launched by reputed platform like as Binance obviousl, then bittrex, houbi and also invest in kucoin platform. Don't try to invest in new exchange platform because in new exchange require more scamming chance.

It is okay to look for IEOs to invest on but if you want something that is guaranteed good that is going to be Binance since it still dominates all of the exchange sites that are available. But I would suggest you look over Eterbase as well.
I want you to know that every investment is just like gambling because we just give it a try maybe the future of it will bring good tidying and just Binance was among the dominated exchange doesn't make every IEO they launch will bring smile to the face of investors. However, there previous IEO seems to be doing well cause some of them have good concept and what I'm trying to point out is that the future success of IEO can't be measure by dominant of exchange but the project features itself.

so far I only believe in binary exchanges for IEO investments. some of the projects that escaped there I don't need to doubt because they already have a clear market and high community support. it makes the price of tokens released by the binary IEO can we say has a strong value.
