don't worry you are not going to die because is so strong and stable currency that it is not going to die, to me i think bitcoin is becoming more and more stronger because the users of bitcoin are increasing continuously, therefore bitcoin is becoming currency of the future.

There wouldn't be "massive chaos", we're under 20.000.000 users I think and that wouldn't provoke chaos at all. Bitcoin fell to under $250 not long ago and that didn't cause chaos around the world. The price could've gone even under $100 and still we'd see no change. Bitcoin dying tomorrow would not mean much for any economy, only the businesses working with it would possibly also fail and the governments would have a great day. However, the big thing is that this will probably cause a domino effect: with Bitcoin's fall, I think all the other Altcoins will follow its steps

That would largely depend on the exact cause behind Bitcoin collapse

Say, we have a quantum-computing breakthrough (most likely it has already been made, though we just don't know about that yet), the SHA256 hashing algorithm which is used in Bitcoin mining gets successfully attacked and Bitcoin becomes utterly useless. Does it mean that other altcoins will follow Bitcoin into the grave? Not necessarily. Those altcoins that have already taken into account the possible effects of quantum computing on cryptography and developed in advance cryptographic methods resistant to quantum computing will certainly survive and may in fact even get a huge boost thanks to the demise of Bitcoin

The death of altcoins would be irrelevant to bitcoin's death. A lot of altcoins have been dying ever since because of scam coins and devs leaving the project. I think if bitcoin dies, it's because a cryptocurrency or two are invading the cryptoworld and bitcoin's starting to become forgotten. Just like fiat coins, they get replaced by new coins from time to time. I'm sure that would happen in crypto-currency as well even though we can't see it for now since it's far far away. There would be mass adoption first, and a lot of other happenings before bitcoin gets replaced by an altcoin.

You are right nothing on this world cant be replaced and same as bitcoin it would definitely replaced anytime soon but i can say that this is not the time but on future when there are altcoin that is created and may surpassed bitcoin but saying that altcoin death would really not affect bitcoin instead it would become more stronger because it doesnt have already a competitor.

The only threat to bitcoin right now is the launch of fiat digital currency. As I always mention in many post I have done bitcoin can be placed in a critical condition this year. This coming September China will release its prototype fiat digital currency. Of all countries China is the most crucial since they hold most of the bitcoin volume in the world, if only it isn't China then there will be no problem. Since it is really China there is a big possibility of a big dump and price meltdown.

But this will not mean that we no longer do bitcoins, there are many good news on bitcoin. Bitcoin will not die during the dump but it will be a good opportunity for us to buy more bitcoins.

Everyone has their set of opinions. Bitcoin has very strong core potential to have a place as the cryptocurrency and it will fetch the good price in the long run but that’s my opinion and I don’t want anyone to make the investment based on it. Everyone should do their own research before investment and invest as much as they can afford to lose because everything we can have is research and predictions.

yes bitcoin is not going to die but it s becoming more and more stable because now people are now adopting bitcoin in a large scale and they are putting their trust of bitcoin therefore there is no chance that bitcoin will die.

Yup, it was a very bad thoughts and usually those who tell it like it is someone who can't get a big advantage as some people who are already achieving it or those who want a bitcoin crashed and is not used by many people. I can imagine how you disappointed cause of bitcoin fell from 1000$ to 860$ in the case if you really invested so much money in that. Bitcoin is "clear money" and only governments can kill it by the way of banning.

The price variation happening in relation to time interval and steep variation occurrence is based upon the way the bitcoin is developed. Bitcoin never gets into death and if something unexpected happens traders were the one who gets affected much. Only very few users invest everything into bitcoin, most others prefer diversified method of investment which won't affect the users much.

Well, I have no problem sourcing out the bananas I can eat anytime so maybe I would prefer that in case Bitcoin can be gone for good or its value can one day be worthless. Hope it will never happen but one thing for sure is that nobody can be sure or can guarantee what can happen tomorrow.

True, since people see the power of cryptocurrency and its decentralized nature, if BTC dies it will be replace by a brandnew improve version so its up to us users, if we are gonna adopt it or not
