It highly depends on where you live, where you want to buy that house and what is the current situation in real estate in your country. If buying a house is really what you want, consider buying it in other country - it's especially easy if you live in European Union and you have EU passport/citizenship. There are lot of beautiful places in countries with economical problems, for example buying a beautiful house in Greece in some nice place can be actually much cheaper than buying a house in let's say Berlin suburbs.

Also it's often a good idea to wait till there is a crisis - it always comes. Buying real estate in USA now wouldn't be good idea, but wait a year or two, things can be different and you can safe tens of thousands of dollars simply buying the right time.

I think you already answer your question. You already define your wants. Worked for the stuff that is needed to achieve what you want. I won't say don't buy one, because owning a house is the best stuff in one's life especially if it comes from your hardwork. So if you have all you need to buy a house in cash, why not? It will save you alot of interest from the agent / company than loan it.

To hell with mortgage,better to have it at your own.Anyway if you can really buy house from money out of BTC-you are a smart man indeed,and probably wealthy too

Houses are pretty expensive so that means that you will have to make a ton of money in order to do so.

Maybe if you really want to buy a house but first you should make sure that the seller will accept your bitcoin as a mode of payment or else you need to convert it into real currency . Me too if ever the bitcoin price will go higher I would buy any stuff that is enough for my coins .

You don't get the point, we can always convert bitcoins to fiat and there is no problem with that. Just save bitcoins first to buy a house and that should be the best concern for now.

i doubt that it would be enough of 50 bitcoins, actually if you would like to buy a house right now you would need way much more, if you want to do that with 50 btc then you will have to wait a lot i think

i think you should buy the house if you would have a lot of bitcoins that you wouldnt need for anything else, i think that would be a really great shopping to be honest

Well that's a good thing if all plans in bitcoin will become successful and I hope bitcoin will be strong enough to help us fulfill our dreams.
As the price is going higher that is a great investment to buy our own houses.

I also think it will never happen. you do not have to wait for a very high price and it definitely was not going to happen. but better to collect bitcoin more than wait for high prices is a long and sometimes uncertain.
