Technically Bitcoin is legal in your country as long as it does not violate any Natural/Moral law which all just laws are built on. If a law says it's illegal it most likely unjust or evil law. It's actually impossible to ban it legally as that will mean violating the fundamental/natural laws of which all just laws are derived from.

Nevertheless, to safely buy & sell with Bitcoin in lawless society you'll need to do it according to the principles Bitcoin is built on and you will be naturally protected as long as you aren't a criminal... And that would also mean taking advantage of the natural laws of which every moral national law is built on

But my dreams will remain dreams because Bitcoin will never be legalized by the government in my country.

Really? Given that you already believe that your government would never accept bitcoin as legal cash, you can see that this is a dream that will never come true and that we should just live with it for the time being Grin. However, it will be excellent if your government agrees, so let's not worry about that for now. I think that when other nations begin to recognize bitcoin as legal cash, they will follow suit since they don't want to be left behind.
The government's refusal to accept bitcoin, in my opinion, is due to the fact that they will be unable to exert any sort of financial control over us as we will be in charge of our own finances. Without access to our money, they will also be unable to do any sort of tax collection.

Goodnight, o_e_l_e_o 🌹
As a Bangladeshi I have a dream cherished inside my heart, but in reality it is not possible to realize my dream. My house is located near a popular bridge in Bangladesh and on both sides of the bridge there are parks and sightseeing spots for travelers. My father has organized a food hotel next to that sightseeing spot. I sometimes spend some time in that hotel between studies. I've been nursing a dream for as long as I've been on Bitcoin forums. If Bitcoin was legalized in Bangladesh, I would take a payment system through Bitcoin with a pizza restaurant.
But my dreams will remain dreams because Bitcoin will never be legalized by the government in my country.

Is your dream to be a successful businessman or is it to be a successful businessman using Bitcoin?
Why do you have to attach your dream to the type of currency that you use?
If you have found opportunity in the pizza restaurant business, why not open it and accept fiat for the moment, who knows in the future your country could still accept Bitcoin and that will be also fine. Do not attach your dreams to only Bitcoin.

You cannot tell me that you are interested in the pizza restaurant because bitcoin existed. There is no reason whatsoever to dash your dream because your country do not accept or legalize Bitcoin.

As Franky1 has said above, start your business when you have your profits you can convert them into bitcoin and that solves the problem.

Standing in the present, this dream would just be a dream. Despite saying that the whole world depends on cryptocurrency, crypto legitimately in Bangladesh is just a dream for us. You know that the legalization of PayPal has been going on in Bangladesh for several years but it has not been implemented yet and it remains to be seen if there is a possibility of legalizing it in the next few years. Also, you know the economic situation of Bangladesh, money laundering is a common thing in Bangladesh. What is Bitcoin? It means hidden money. If cryptocurrency is legal in Bangladesh then it will become an easy way to launder money and hence many powerful people will take advantage of this aspect which will lead to a lot of financial loss for the country. Looking at all these aspects. It seems that the legitimacy of the Bangladeshi cryptocurrency is just a dream.

I don't really think that Bitcoin will be legalized any time soon.
Don't forget that government hates all crypto because they can't control and tax it.

Especially right now, when, because of the prices, people are getting out of Bitcoin, there are not that many people who will oppose the government if it wants to ban crypto.

But lets just hope most governments will just ignore crypto and let it be as it is.
what I found in your posting seems to be not truly trusting bitcoin and its capacity because even those threads that you created stands against the growth of bitcoin.

instead of giving OP a proud smile to stand for His dream you are preventing him from having a good stand.

__________________________________________________

OP keep up your dream , dont bother about the banning or the government not supporting crypto for now instead use this opportunity to gather capital in which best to invest in bitcoin while waiting for that time.

so if happens then you already have something to start for.

Good to have dreams like that but don't exceed on your expectations since there are si many technicalities need to consider before it will be legal on your country. Maybe for now try to focus on how you can earn since if you wait for something great to happen then maybe you will wait long for this fantasy to happen. Also we cannot close the doors in terms of adoption since who knows maybe in one day we can see a global changes and we can see bitcoin being added and declared as legal currency to use.
Nothing is wrong in dreaming big especially if Bitcoin is involved because the potential of Bitcoin to rise in a really high price is also high. As long as we stay consistent on buying and holding, there is a big chance that we can turn our dreams into reality in the near future.

It's better to start early on our plans because waiting for a sign or something, will only be a waste of time. Too early to close the door in Bitcoin adoption because until now there are still lots of countries who are not yet involved in Bitcoin. We need them in order for the Bitcoins value to pump up more. There were also countries who currently bans Bitcoin. Let's just hope that their governments will change their mind soon.

Well! the pizzeria should not be a dream, the pizza business and bitcoin has nothing to do with your success or starting the business, and your example is the best that can be referenced in that bitcoin does not raise global or personal economies, for now.

Anyway, hurry up to get your pizza business going, that's the real dream, it can exist with or without bitcoin.
If until now bitcoin has not been legal and it should not be an obstacle for him to build a pizza business using payments using his country's fiat currency. Do people have to stop doing something on the grounds that bitcoin cannot be used in their country this is really something that has been lost in the minds of people and on the grounds that legalization is preventing them from growing a business. Ironically they don't think realistically that running something like a business should be done even without using bitcoins.

You are right and the OP should keep running the pizza business and don't have to wait for bitcoin to be legal in his country and who knows for the next few years bitcoin will be legal and he already has a growing business and can convert payments using bitcoin after his country legalizes it.

You can start the journey with yourself and your dreams. Bitcoin ain’t getting that legal tender status anytime soon. It’s not like nobody wants it to be legalised but it’s the unforeseen challenges that are in the way of Governments, Banks, and other type of financial institutes. I am more or less skeptical about Bitcoin getting accepted in developing and under developed countries because most of the challenges are coming from developed country itself. Many times tier 2 and 3 would rely on the tier 1 countries and how they are deciding the fate of something. When in the realm of financial outlook it’s even harder to digest things at faster rates.

But it would be great to see if you make a restaurant with that name and actually charge using crypto and specifically Bitcoin. That would make nice title in the news for sure.

Work with what you have not with what you can’t as they say. Which in this case points you elsewhere. If you’re really shooting to offer such a service (and I have high hopes for you) I don’t think dtaying in a third-world country is the way to do it either. So you might wanna look into moving to a different country and starting your hitcoin pizza journey there as well as other important stuff revolving around your life.

It’s one option, and one that takes a lot of balls to do so mind you. But if this is something you’re really stoked about that you’re willing to so whatever it takes to claim your win, then I suggest you push for it yeah?

That's a nice suggestion, payment is payment whether in Bitcoin or fiat, what matters is the growth of his business. But, he may have a different reason for his actions and could at the moment focus on his father's food business. In a sense, OP is looking at beginning the business to accept and promote bitcoin to tourists and visitors in Bangladesh. I don't think his dream is building a pizza business, without bitcoin as a payment method. If not he would have done that long ago and wait until bitcoin get legalized in his country then he'll Integrate the payment method. Things can change in future, maybe he thinks about it and begin from somewhere.

I fear that the OP may be too old or that it may be too late for him to archive that dream if he decides to wait until Bitcoin is legalized in his country. What if it's after 40 years that Bitcoin gets legalized? Let's assume that the OP is already 25 or more. Then he will be very old. They say no time is too late to start, but common sense says it's not so impressive to start exercising in old age. The fact that Bitcoin is not legal in his country means OP cannot force it because of the implications of government policies.

Do not despair or believe that the legalization of Bitcoin in your country is an impossible feat. Once your government realizes that numerous countries have embraced Bitcoin, they may reconsider their stance. The legalization of Bitcoin is a topic that requires thorough examination by governments, as it is a truly decentralized currency beyond their control. However, I hope that one day Bitcoin will be recognized as legal in your country, and your aspirations will be fulfilled.

Hahah honestly each one of us has thought of a lot of dreams around bitcoin being legal. More importantly not only legal i also want it to be an integral part of our payment system which means we should ordinarily do transaction in bitcoin only. But obviously it looks more like a dream only right now. Especially in your country like Bangladesh where the government is too much against it right now. It won't change until the whole west changes first.

A wide acceptance and adoption of cryptocurrencies can be challenging due to the varied regulatory environment across countries. Although governments may take time to formulate comprehensive regulations and policies regarding cryptocurrencies, attitudes towards them can change over time. Eventually, governments may reassess their positions and consider different approaches as Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies gain traction worldwide.

That is why in country where Bitcoin is considered as illegal trade, there is nothing they can do but to wait.  Once Bitcoin gets more approval from different country, those hostile country will possibly reconsider their current hostile stance and might probably create a new regulation that is somehow favorable to Bitcoin.  So I say, let us just wait and watch how these Bitcoin hostile country change their minds.

As a result of the development and adoption of cryptocurrencies, the Western world has had a significant influence. While regulatory attitudes can change independently in different regions around the world, it's important to note that they can occur together. Cryptocurrencies may be embraced more widely by some countries than others, causing global perspectives to shift.

But if majority of the country had accepted Bitcoin, there is no other way for these hostile country but to accept it to take advantage of being included in global market.

At present, although Bitcoin is legalized in various countries of the world, the government of Bangladesh will not legalize Bitcoin. Because the government of Bangladesh thinks that if Bitcoin is legalized in its country, then the youth of the country will do various illegal activities with Bitcoin. And the economic situation in Bangladesh is very bad at this time if Bitcoin is legalized, it may cause more problems. 'OP' if you want to realize your dream it might not be possible now. But it is a matter of time that your dream will come true when Bitcoin is declared legal in Bangladesh. You can now build a pizza restaurant if you want and invest the profits from it in bitcoins. and when Bitcoin is legalized in Bangladesh you will be able to accept Bitcoin payments in your business.
Bitcoin has been approved in several countries, such as El Salvador, and the project is running smoothly in terms of estimating their economy's budgets. While bitcoin is strictly prohibited in certain countries, this has an impact on the activities of merchants throughout the region. Bangladesh is capable of handling bitcoin activities, but the government is holding back solely to regulate illegal activities. Every country encounters challenges, whether temporary or permanent. We all have hopes for the discovery of bitcoin, and many will benefit while others will miss out totally, most likely due to ignorance.

Just as Franky1 has said, you must not wait until Bitcoin becomes legal in your country before you can start your business. There is this saying in my place that goes like this: "Time waits for nobody; time is money." Yeah, the fact that you can't accept Bitcoin payments now based on its Illegality in your country doesn't mean you can't accept fiat or other accepted means of payment in your country. The dream of every entrepreneur is to have a big business that could extend across other countries, and if they are very successful, it can possibly be a dream come true. So, just start your pizza shop first and accept fiat. If you become successful, you could take your business to another country where you can accept Bitcoin for payment.

That's a nice suggestion, payment is payment whether in Bitcoin or fiat, what matters is the growth of his business. Most of us here dream that one day Bitcoin will be legalized and we will all be free to use it without worrying that it will be interfered with by the government. But this is just a dream, because the government also doesn't want Bitcoin to be more popular than their financial product. Especially in a developing country like yours, of course the government takes into account that if the majority of people there use Bitcoin it will weaken your country's currency which at this time needs the support of its people. So you should understand more about the condition of your country and make sense if they don't legalize bitcoin until now.

Many Bangladesh residents had this wish for their country illegally marked.Their was many bridge in the Bangladesh and which place you are mentioning. Many people had the aim to become a rich person using crypto currency. But the government doesn’t allow crypto currency because of the Bangladesh economy was very small as compared to the many of the developing countries.

I think the Bangladesh government bans bitcoin and cryptocurrencies for their reasons, maybe they are afraid of not controlling the people or will affect the power of the government… but I don't think just because they are a country, small economies have their reasons to ban bitcoin.

Today, there are still some countries that have not yet legalized bitcoin, and unfortunately for investors in Bangladesh. But that should not be a reason to stop our dream, we can do business and start a business without bitcoin, bitcoin should not be considered a barrier.
