Topic: If cryptocurrencies disappear - how will your life change ? (Read 1934 times)

From my observations, crypto is currently quite stable and running as it should. Even if crypto disappears, there will definitely be signs that will appear, but on the other hand, the impact is very large, especially for those who depend on crypto, they will experience significant losses.

I mean of course I would have less "money" to my name, and that would suck, but that would be far from how my life would change.  If bitcoin were to go away I will have lost a lot of hope in humanity.  I've already lost a lot of hope withing humanity, but this would be a crushing blow as it's something I've touted for many years, working hard trying to teach others about/help with adoption.

Let's hope none of us ever get to that point

I think, the basic concept is more interesting and not interesting. If currently crypto is able to be navigated and produced I think just run it but if at any time it collapses and disappears of course as you said there is a great feeling of disappointment because it is too focused there and does not prepare a second option to build other alternative businesses. However, if we all pay attention that time has not come, for now the development is still quite good.

Cryptocurrencies will disappear that is really hard to imagine, but wanted to keep an eye on how we can adapt ourselves to it in the future. Currently, cryptocurrency has made a special contribution to the financial world, especially for those who are involved with crypto. Crypto is now the only option for financial liberation.

If cryptocurrency disappears it will definitely affect my life. A large portion of all my investments are invested in crypto. I believe that in due time I will be able to profit several times my investment but if it disappears it will definitely worry me. Although I will never believe in disappearing but if it happens I will try to convert my money into fiat as soon as possible. If this happens, I will definitely face financial loss. Before investing in Bitcoin, I carefully observed and believed that Bitcoin is decentralized so no one can take control of it and no one can destroy it.

Those who are completely relying on crypto market and on this forum, I have to say the disappearance will certainly be hard and will cause a lot of stress and depression. Even myself I will be totally affected if ever. But acceptance should always be there. We all know cryptos particularly bitcoin might won’t be here forever. So we should definitely won’t rely on it as it’s the only way to make us survived. If we are in profits with bitcoin these days, I suggest use it to start another investment or business, that’s the most safest way so we won’t be totally get caught in depression if ever that happens.

I think that will be very worst situation for cryptocurrency investors. They invested their money for long term and they have big expectations and they thought that for that money they will be more richer. But when we talk about crypto, many projects come in the market and they scam with their investors and promotors and then they  spread the news of scam and people become aware from  scams . There are hundreds of ways to earn from crypto and hundreds of people are earning though crypto investment. Cryptocurrency investor are calm because there are no chances of elimination of crypto because they will be more person in cryptocurrency investment.

yes; only crypto depended peoples will big lose if suddenly cryptocurrencies will disappear, like i have no alternative income source till now although i am trying build an offline business because it's absolutely wrong just only depend on crypto, we should take it as extra income, because it's not permanent/fixed income like offline job or business income.

It is not only the monetary loss, people create communities around the coins in which they invest and they believe in, so suddenly finding out that not only they have wasted their money but their time as well would be a very tough realization for most of them, and whenever this happens with a single coin we see many people complaining on the forum about it, if the whole market crashed and disappeared overnight then this would be many times worse, still while I think this is the fate of most coins, I am sure that bitcoin will be with us for many decades to come.

This will depend on the percentage of assets you allocate to cryptocurrencies. There are people who are investing everything they have and putting all their faith in it so if it suddenly disappears, their lives could disappear along with the market. We have had many such cases in the past and the Luna crash in 2022 is a prime example, many people committed suicide just because of this crash.
Everyone is aware of the risks but in the end, they can't overcome their greed so I don't believe anyone can get over this pain quickly if the market disappears.

Although cryptocurrency has only just emerged, it can be said that many people have already tied their lives to the market, it is not just a part of their lives but has become their lives. It sounds simple but I believe that if the OP hypothesis happens, its severity will not be as small as we think.

In my own personal reality, I am responsible for it, meaning the responsibility of work, family, children, you still have to start a normal life, wake up and go to work, ... although I am not biased towards crypto or bitcoin, but it has contributed to motivating me, opening up an investment opportunity, opening up an experience of how to use blockchain and it is a trend that is being applied and increasing efficiency in this life. If there were no crypto, life would still continue but it would be completely impossible to develop in terms of efficiency. Which means everything will be boring again. Lol

Here really like and appreciate your views about this because main thing is life never stopped it could be continued, but many will be suffered like me because we started good in life after joining this community and depended on this too much with things could be gone worse, and we will be not able to carry on like we are doing right now with the presence of cryptocurrency.

No doubt newbies like you will be never suffer because you are in early days, and we are already achieved few good millstones and want to keep things going like we are having in last a decade which is life changer for many.

Due to cryptocurrency we are having too much development around us with millions of peoples around the globe are having things which were not possible without this crypto these all will be suffered and consequences could be more troubling than few are feeling because now its almost part of life for millions in shape of source of income and investment with many other things are also involved which are not important part of life.

In last decade it's having huge impact on this world due to its usecase and other availabilities which are now bringing soft ways in life of humans and things are going beyond expectations because no one were taking this seriously but now mostly feeling importance of this as well.

If cryptocurrency were to disappear today, life would still continue, but it would be beneficial if there was prior notification, as many people have been impacted by crypto. Personally, I was introduced to crypto recently and I'm still learning, so I'd like to continue learning more about it.

If cryptocurrency disappears or no longer exists tomorrow, of course there is sadness that I have to feel because some of my assets are in the form of crypto, and of course it will greatly affect my life in the near future. Because I have to start all over again because I lost a lot of money in the form of crypto.

This sadness certainly will not last long, we all also know that if we have entered the crypto world, whatever happens we must accept it with an open heart because crypto does have a high risk.

But realistically in my opinion, if bitcoin disappears or no longer exists, of course there will be signs that it is impossible for it to just disappear without something happening. Maybe if the scenario is like this we can immediately sell all crypto assets so that big losses can be avoided. That's all if it really happens, but I am optimistic that crypto will last a long time.

There is going to be a high number of people that will be going to trenches and not just that, any segments of tech that has had collaboration with cryptocurrency will have their fence wall collapse. Just imagine what is going to happen to Blackrock and Microstrategy shares if Cryptocurrency eventually cease to exist, it's going to be havoc and catastrophic to even the stock market because crypto has dip into many things, even the banks that lowkey invest into Bitcoin.

Some capital ventures that has half of their portfolio in crypto will file for bankruptcy. I can't imagine how the world will be if crypto disappeared. If Satoshi is indeed alive, that guy will crock out from his where about and do something, the world wouldn't be palatable without crypto, nothing will ever be meaningful again as I don't know what to use it for again.

Of course this will be very disappointing for those who have a source of income from crypto but I think nothing will last forever so we have to be able to accept this but we will be able to overcome it if we can do things like you said to be able to run both things at the same time so that when one day it really happens then we still have other sources of income that we can have to be able to meet the needs we need, because if we only rely on crypto as a source of income and it disappears, of course what we have collected is no longer useful, of course this requires us to start something from scratch again, of course this is very tiring and we have lost everything we have accumulated so far and can no longer be used.

That is the reason why Crypto should not be used as the main source of income or the only source of income in life because if the internet goes out it will have a significant impact on crypto, you cannot buy, sell, or exchange crypto without the internet. For people who have been in the crypto industry for a long time, it would be very disappointing if crypto disappeared, but if they are able to think logically, the feeling of disappointment will not affect their lives too much for a long time.

Yes, take advantage of this technology while there is still an opportunity and combine it with offline income sources to support a better economy. I am still involved in both because this is the best opportunity for me, but caution is also needed in crypto investment so as not to get caught in an unfavorable situation.

We will never know what may happen but for sure that the majority of those that trades in crypto and have done enough for their assets to bump up in value will be in total devastation.

We can hope for the best but we'll never how it is going to be for the most of it and that's why we have to expand ourselves as well and dive into other markets if the situation permits.

Those that are good in investing will only have to find some other areas where they'll invest their money for which the same thing in investing into crypto.

for crypto users, especially for people who have their main source of income there, then it will be really disappointing. After all, we have adapted to this technology and are immersed in it. there will definitely be feelings of disappointment and depression. I have often thought about this. that's why I always focus on building an offline business, even though I also focus on crypto at the same time

This is why we do have that something called "What ifs?" on which this is something that could be answered out on which making out some presumption on what would happen.
Its true that there would really be tons of people who might be ending up on having that kind of struggles or huge problem specially into those people who do make out huge capital or investment into this field or market.
We do know that when it comes into this situation then there would really be tons of people who do really have that kind of treatment on which making crypto as their main source o living
and this is why its undeniable that people would really be having that kind of approach and on the moment that it would be gone then it would really be something that puts them up on a tough situation.

We do know that this market could give out that big advantage or really that a life saving thing because if we do speak about dayjob pay rates then this is something that
we cant be able to rely upon on basing up on day to day living on which having that shit economical problems or issues. If ever crypto market would be gone then
tons of people would really be that mesed up their live but well there's nothing we can do but to move on.

These topics about what if crypto disappears are just topics to discuss with. We all know that it won't disappear just as easy as it seems.

There are a lot of thoughts that are playing into our minds that won't be happening just like this. Crypto is here to stay and so as Bitcoin as its main flag-bearer.

But if this happens for real, many of us would have been damaged a lot because the amount of money that we invested here heavily will surely be seen how impactful it is.
