The bad thing with holding too much is you might miss the chance if the price is on spike and instead of getting the profit you may lose it because of holding your funds in longer run. Better watch the price fluctuation every time, it's like having a trading.

yes that's why i said if he feel bitcoin will go high then he can continue to invest in them but after that he should sell all bitcoins.

Instead of going for trading, holding must be the best option in my opinion too. Because I hear recently many people are simply gambling their bitcoins in the name of trading. Both bitcoin trading and altcoin trading requires some skill and experience to get proper result with that. Otherwise, holding 10 BTC must be the best option to secure it for future use.

Yes it is really good if we are going to invest in real business when someone is going to give us that amount. Because 10 bitcoin is really a big amount at all. But I am thinking if someone is really going to do that. And if he is going to do that and I'm the lucky person that is going to have that amount may God bless him.

In real world no one will donate you that high amount and if you want to hold 10 btc in your wallet then you need to make efforts to earn it.

If you dont think that bitcoin investing is not good and only real world business is only safe then why are you coming to bitcoin, Bitcoin investing are more safe as time goes and more people knowing about bitcoin will only increase the price ,

What OP is telling that if i receive 10btc , i will just hold 5btc in my wallet for future and balance 5btc i sill split in two and do sports betting and altcoin trading through which i can earn 10% daily and like this i can be rich in long term.

But if I really have that amount, I'll get 10% of it or 1 btc and carefully manage it to get more sessions and play. The remaining 9btc will be use as follows: 7btc will be kept in my safe hardware wallet and the other 2btc will be offered for loan in poloniex or other related sites that are credible and trustworthy.

I know the gambling and offering for loan is very risky but you are just risking 30% of your total btc and if done it right with a bit of luck, it will grow and keep moving.

First of, I think that's really good that we can buy a lot with 10 BTC now. In fact we can buy a lot with 5 BTC and we can just hold the rest. That's exactly what I would do btw.

At the current rating 1BTC = $660. So 10BTC = $6600.00 Thats quite a lot; i could use it to pay for my brothers entire exam fees, cause doing A levels; the cost amounts to that much since he's writing nine subjects. My parents are struggling to pay so i guess that 10BTC would do quite nice for me. So give it to me XD just kidding.

I would buy some gold and silver with it as it is going up and then invest some in a few decent revshares in order to grow more of it. I would like one day to own 10 bitcoins to do that but earning takes time so I think it will take me over a year to get there first.
