lets make this clear right now, i don't like the fella so my assessment is biased but spots is no different to any other con artist, only this time hes playing a very long game.
Let start with MP Hosting, Paul im sorry about the kicking you've been given, your involvement so far as i can make out is you got on the "good idea band wagon" in reality spots has screwed you during my investigation i discovered hes only ever paid for the physical servers, hes got everything else free, on promises he was going to do this and that
He had a development list as long as your arm, you all remember the promises he made about it will have this and that, and as i recall MPDev was in his chat room taking questions and answers and planning the development

Something clearly went off between MPDev and Spots, MPDev has avoided spots like the plauge that he is, and all promises about this and that was coming have stopped, knowing that MP Hosting already in the hole for 200 odd hours, i suspect the dev's said fuck that shit.

Spots does not own the exchange you see him say this over and over again, because its illegal for him to run one or some shit, well listen here pal, you pay the hosting bill, YOUR liable for the software on it, and the software you operate on it, your responsible for.
MP Hosting operate the exchange, they assumed all the risk, and when the exchange was hacked for the first time, MP Hosting covered the costs out of there own pocket to keep the peace
MP Hosting have taken a sustained DDoS so the world cant access spots shit, and i will nto let up on anything he launches from now.
Shawn the aussie, he got on the good idea bandwagon, he was meant to receive some form of payment each week (not 100% sure) for the software, last i checked in Shawn hadn't received so much as a penny for his product.
Igor the exchange;s original coder, omg what a moron, left the system so exposed on the back end thru faults its not even funny, 2 users, me and one other were able to relieve the exchange of ALOT of coins, we eventually returned many of them, i will state here and now though, i did withhold 3.5 BTC, having wasted all the time in the world trying to help fix it all for the Russian to just bitch off and complain about me, when im the one supplying actual code to fix the problems.
What spots manages to do, is in phases align himself with new faces, whom he promises the earth to, they like all of us want a good deal and got involved in it, eventually when it went bad he would sell them out and align with more new faces, same with his coins.
The first merge he did, he was telling everyone this will be great there combined market caps of a half million dollars will be great (only he took none of the risk, or did any of the work in the merge) and continues to merge his coins into shit costing us the users a fortune in the process anyone who claims to have made money from spots is talking shit and here some cold hard facts.
I encourage everyone named here to respond in some form, even if its only to say the facts are totally right or totally wrong
MP Hosting has earned at most $1000 from spots, assumed all the liability and suffered a $10,000 loss in theft from HIS exchange
Shawn, provided software, thousands of dollars worth, never received so much as a cent
MPDev 200+ Hours of coding, never received a penny.
Every single user of his coins, has lost coins (digital coins so to speak)
WHILST HES TAKING COLD HARD CASH IN THE MAIL FROM YOU ALL FOR YOUR HIS COINS THAT HELL DILUTE DOWN INTO ANOTHER COIN AND THEN REPEAT. 7 coins in JUST A FEW MONTHS, WAKE UP AND SMELL THE SUNSHINE.

HE POSTED HIS OWN NAME AND ADDRESS AND ALL THE THREATS ON BTCTALK NO ONE ELSE BUT HIM.
Talking of threats, i also here MPDev was threatened on skype, that its a good job your not in front of me cos id nock you out, thats what you said wasn't it, after a blazing row perhaps who knows.
Let the flood gates commence, i don't give a fuck what you think of what i have said nor do i care what you think of me as a person, i will stand my ground though, and so long as them exchange servers are online, ill continue on this path.
