All the coins in your list are all good coins to keep in your portfolio, and now that the market is moving up, expect all your coins to also move up also, you have made the right decision to buy low which is the best strategy when the market is in a bearish trend.
All are good altcoin but I can't buy it all because it is too much. I only focus on ETH, NEO, XMR, BNB.2019 was a good year, though not out of this bear market.
You have chosen so many coin to invest but it is not good to buy so may coin, I like only bitcoin ETH TO invest because I know the price of these coins will be high, ETH is good but it is low in price which will take so long to recover but buying bitcoin will give you certain future and promising profit, so if you want to buy then buy only bitcoin,

Unfortunately I wasn't patient either, so I sold my crypto cheaply, and it's time to buy again because I'm sure that the market will soon be a bull run.

Its good to buy now since the Market is showing some impressive performance. The advantage to buy Altcoins now is huge because most of the top altcoins are still cheap and the potential to skyrocketed the price is highly possible ,if this market trend will continue. Its only my fearless insight im not and expert in cryptocurrency.

market conditions are indeed rising, and there is a possibility that all assets can also benefit us because of the effects of rising markets. but we have to choose altcoins that can give us greater profits. in the future I believe in eos and xlm.

The list provided on the OP is also suitable to me. Most of the coin of the list are potential also. At this moment many coins are now in the bottom. So if we want to buy the coin for long term holding then we can buy any coin of them. And hope If the bullish market starts again we can earn a huge amount of money from the coins. But only for long term not for short term.
Bear market is over
I was introduced to the crypto market around one and a half years ago. And ever since, what I have been seeing is that people are very much passionate about accumulating old coins. What is the reason behind it I do not know. But I wan to ask a question what about trying your hand at new coins that are hitting the market with new vision and a lot of enthusiasm. They may become another bitcoin or ethereum who knows?
Jus bought in alt coins. Mostly dapp coins. I have a bunch of them. And a little less in Bitcoin. At this point I can handle the losses of alts. Hopefully it doesnt go 160% losses.

You have added so many altcoins in your portfolio. It's really very amazing decision. I think you will get huge profits in long term. 2019 is expected as a year for cryptocurrency. Here's a few to list

With this market now showing good tracks for a good value in the near future, it is good to buy alts now for a long term investments. Also if we try to buy for future investments, make sure to buy a good potential coins that has the ability and can give us sure profit for a long term investments, not just buying altcoins whatsoever that hasn't the potential of rising its price even for a long term investments.
Your list of altcoins is impressive. I am a bit surprised that you left out some coins like Ripple. Does this mean XRP won't have a great 2019 despite clocking $2 in the last bull run?
You should also consider adding Azart your portfolio. I know the coin is not that popular but it's already been growing from 0.02$ to 0.06$ as to this moment. Azartpay or simply azart by the way is a platform is regarded as a payment method for the gambling industry. The coin is already listed in coinmarketcap. Azart is already making huge steps in making partners within the industry.
I know the "golden rule of investing" - to become successful you must always act against the market. So now when Bitcoin is growing, I buy altcoins. Top coins and promising newbies like Sound Money Coin. I am sure that in half a year I will receive at least 10 X's.
December was a good time to accumulate some ALTS for sure. Still, my plan is to invest some amount of fiat in different top 50 coins and tokens.
Cannot miss with such investment at this point.

There are few coins I want to get my hands on like tron, bitcoincash ,xem ,litecoin ,neo ,stellar and ripple these coins are the best around presently ,its time I will start building new portfolio for altcoins only
This year will be a volatile year, will be the peak of this market. Currently, BTC prices are rising to $ 5200 and are on a strong upward trend at the end of 2019. So I think this is a good time to invest in altcoin. The increase in BTC will increase rapidly, the market will increase accordingly.
