I think it's a good choice to buy this altcoins but we are still in a bear market so don't expect to gain that much profit this 2019, i feel that 2020 would be a good year for cryptocurrency and hoping bullrun will commence.
Mostly it's good to buy altcoins right now because the price get already pumping so its better hold before will continue to pump again. I think also that this is the right time to bought Xrp,LTC and Eth to get a huge profit.
Altcoin is still in the cheap category and in my opinion we can make purchases. that way we will get a big advantage because basically now the market needs fresh funds to get up
I think buying altcoins in bear market is a great idea but its better to just use excess money to buy them so that you can HODL for a long time until you reach your price target 
Hmm, bear market. For example monthly chart for LTC/USD has higher highs and higher lows for three months now. Litecoin demonstrated 112% growth since mid December.Jus bought in alt coins. Mostly dapp coins. I have a bunch of them. And a little less in Bitcoin. At this point I can handle the losses of alts. Hopefully it doesnt go 160% losses.

I will focus on buying eth only because eth always have potential to be on higher price, today I see eth is at lower price and have potential on higher price next time and always take profit with eth investing or trading.

There are altcoins that have high profitability. I also keep making investment with altcoins because of the high returns that I getting. There is a risks in altcoins but I can handle it because my knowledge are enough. Here's a few to list

investment on alt coin now. I think it is the right decision. there are many choices on alt coin. The price is lower on alt coin than BTTC so we can maximize our capital turnover on many alt coins. And now alt coin is also growing in its market.

For 2019, I think the bear market will continue until it approaches Hardfork, and for the altcoin that I recommend to buy is ETH and Ripple, because in my opinion the two coins are good and very potential coins.
