It is quite possible that 2019 will be the same as 2018, so you need to use it and keep buying coins!
no, it won't be the next waste market. the altcoin that you choose is a good altcoin. and have a long-term project. so, it's a good investment. keep calm and hold until all the pump returns. after that sell all the coins to profit.
Jus bought in alt coins. Mostly dapp coins. I have a bunch of them. And a little less in Bitcoin. At this point I can handle the losses of alts. Hopefully it doesnt go 160% losses.

For now it's good to buy altcoin especially for the price of altcoin today and to buy altcoin with the potential and hold it for a great deal of profit so take advantage of the altcoin with potential and longterm other altcoin holders are affected due to bitcoin collapse and altcoins are also affected and can lead to stress and fixation of other altcoins holders but they only gamble to earn but have a strategy even if you want a sure profit you can use of longterm strategy where you buy altcoin with potential and longterm and you just hold it.
Buying alts right now can be considered as a right decision. Not just right but also a wise decision. The prices of most alts these days are lower compared before. And if you are going to invest and buy alts now, you can earn good when the price increases.
It also depends on the altcoins you want to buy. Be very cautious. Today, not all projects are very stable. Try to invest only in the best altcoins. For instance, I buy Ethereum, EOS, OmiseGO, TRON, and Ontology.

You can buy any alts in many ways and any time you want, all depend your strategy. In my experience only the player know the result but in reality some people just buy with out analysis and that's wrong. As long you already do some analysis, test in market is best action you can do. Red market is bad but for some people red means green, buy back and recovery is on red. So I hope you'll success with your strategy and keep share your experience because we can take valuable lesson from there.
If you want to buy altcoins for now, you have to be good at choosing altcoins that have good potential, because if you choose the wrong loss you will get in the future, if your choice is definitely the profit you will get in the future from what you invest now
buy on existing coins that on top 20 coinsmarketcap will be good.if we want buy altcoin outside top 20 , we have to use small allocation to preventing big loss if our decision was wrong.

what is an altcoibs ? you mean to say altcoins ? . you dont need to wait for their price to dump before you buy them because anytime is actually the best time to buy a crypto not just an alt because their price can potentially pump in the future as soon as their supply deplete's and as soon as the adoption gets wider .

You've really got a heart. Am so scared to buy into any altcoin now. Haven't had a good experience so far buying alts, so I have to just keep to bounties and airdrops for now.
