Those are large bets and small post counts. Make them get a credit rating from PatrickHarnett first; surely 5 BTC from a 99-100 BTC bet isn't so bad.
As a matter of fact I am going to probably let them go just go escrow instead, but that is a good idea.

If he owes 100% and only pays back 90% but the investors agreed to it, -that- is the agreement and therefor he has paid it back. I would win the bet.
I'll pass on that one, thanks. People can agree to some pretty bad deals when the alternative is losing it all.

Post in this thread how much you're committing and I will double that amount you commit (maximum of 10,000BTC in bets allowed in this thread total) if Pirate does not pay out in 3 weeks as he described in his thread.
To make your bets easier to read, please stick to the following format:

Disclaimer: Although I think pirate is a high risk venture due to a complete lack of transparency on his part, I am sorely reminded that the forum needs to be taught a lesson when it comes to crying wolf on things without evidence. The outcome should be determined by a 100% independent party.
If I understand correctly, nanotube has a hashed spreadsheet of all accounts, including balances, deposit adresses and the like. If anyone has a direct BTCST account and feels they have a claim, nanotube would be able to verify whether the claim is legit.
