If I am to form an investment cart;
I've had crypto coins like BTC, ETH, XTZ, VET, BNB, TRX, XRP, XLM. Of course, you can refer to different crypto coins for more profit in a short time.

Unfortunately I don't have enough funds to buy a lot of altcoins at the moment, because I suffered a big loss when the market dropped dramatically, my capital has run out, so when the market goes up like now I can only watch it

You have a deep look because the Altcoins you give are very potential and quality. These Altcoins will be able to create many shocks when Bitcoin increases.

Having accumulated bitcoin once it dropped under $3000 from late november until early March, I've now switched over to diversifying out with an altcoin spread. I picked up 15 altcoins last week, will continue buying for the next couple months probably.

I might add a few coins, but what do you think of my altcoin spread. Note that I already own a lot of BTC, a good amount of ETH, and a little BCH and LTC and DOGE. I don't plan on buying more of those coins.

XRP
EOS
Stellar
Binance coin
XMR
LINK
HOT
WAVES
BAT
Vechain
ADA
ONT
Tron
Zcash
ZIL

I will add to my allotments in all of those. I was also thinking about picking up some:
Tezos
OMG
Lisk
Maker
Decred
ENJ
DASH
STEEM

What do you think? I don't pay much attention to altcoins so I haven't done much research on plenty of these. Or there are coins I've known a little bit about for a while but never done dedicated research on. Just really trying to get a good diversified portfolio of altcoins for the next bull run to go along with my Bitcoin dominated coin holdings.

Sidenote:
I feel like EOS is the coin I think could gain the most out of those. I could see the next bull run taking it over 200 billion market cap (I could see xrp, eth, and eos at the next peak all getting to around the market cap bitcoin had on the last peak >250 billion). But then i just started doing research on it and saw it was designed to be centralized, and the founder even seems to reject decentralization which is pretty dumb. I mostly think its gonna go crazy cuz I see that right now it is destroying ETH in terms of usage of dapps, so i'm wondering if its gonna take the dapp lead from ETH during the next bull run.

Anyway, any thoughts or comments would be great! Thanks

Your list have good altcoin which can explode if there is a bull run coming up and the coins I would like to add is DOGE and DASH which are cheap now and hopefully the prices will increase many times from the current value.

I could only speak and give my opinion on coins I hold and believe will get me get what I expect in return. My coins I supported are those which already held in the top 50 of the coinmarketcap and these include the following:

Ethereum
XRP
XLM
Lisk
ADA
DGB
KMD
SC
LTC

These coins can give good profit when you HODL considering the potential when they hit the ATH because some of them are accumulated when they are 90% down from ATH.

Well that's a good idea especially on this situation but i suggest don't rely on this pump of market because soon or later there's a possibility it will change direction again . Must build strategy on each of it which is separate those good for long run and will survive the dump and build strategy as well for short term so that can prevent losses. Probably it can help IMO. .good luck mate !

OP mentioned very good coin for holding them in the long term, but those coins are still, very low in the market makes you grab because once the market starts recovering the prices of those coins will surely increase very fastly. All those coins you mentioned are actually generating very huge volumes in the market which is a very good sign for long term holding.
today there is no other way out than long-term storage of all its assets. This is the choice of a person who does not want to risk their assets. In any case, if you sell something, it is ten times cheaper than the purchase price.

Having lots of altcoins will give you the desired benefits, the movement of each coin will certainly give you benefits, and your strategy is quite good with 15 valuable coins. Surely many will follow in your footsteps and this is a worthy asset to continue to maintain. Every coin will certainly give you benefits and you will continue to race to make a profit on every coin.

And what exactly are these desired benefits to you? Having hundreds of coins to monitor on a portfolio? And where will you even find the space to store your wallets? Or are you going to use one of the less secure wallets? A ledger? So you're going to hold everything on cold storage? If you've been paying attention at all in the past year and a half, anyone whose held altcoins has been crying. Even Galaxy the world's supposedly most profitable hedge fund for crypto, lost so much value because they held altcoins.

So don't be an idiot and stop posting bad advice.

Not sure why you are comparing 2018 returns to future returns. 2018 was the crash, that is over. It's extremely bad advice to try to say altcoins will go down just because they were (obviously) going down during the crash.

I'm not sure where I will store my altcoins. Most of my crypto (bitcoin) will be in cold storage. I guess I could do that for all the altcoins it would just be annoying, but with how much my altcoin portfoilo will be worth in the next couple years as this bull run heats up I guess it does totally make sense to move them off exchange into secure holdings rather than risk it.

Diversifying is good only if the market will continue the uptrend movement.. The current movement could be a trap.  It would be a bit safe to day trade than stockpiling more altcoin  longterm

I use to day trade. always ended up losing bitcoin doing that. I'm done with that. Much safer to just accumulate and watch the market rise. Also I'm not at all worried about the current movement. I think it is crystal clear the bull market just started, and even if somehow that is wrong, why would I care? that would only be good news because it would mean I could continue to accumulate at a lower price.

15 Coin in my opinion is also included in a large number because indeed I myself do not dare to choose a lot of coins which are indeed at greater risk and better to have a good one for me to invest

The point of diversifying is to limit risk. If you only buy one coin you have lots of risk. Well bitcoin isn't very risky but any other coin is. 15 coins is far less risk than one coin.

Diversifying is good only if the market will continue the uptrend movement..

even if the market wont continue in uptrend movement  , diversifying is still a wise idea to do  .  not only it lessen the risk of loosing all but also it ensures you that you will still earn even other coins are dumped but if all coins are pumped , it also allows you to earn more potential income  .

The current movement could be a trap.  It would be a bit safe to day trade than stockpiling more altcoin  longterm

if you think that the current movement is a trap then why bother trade ?  isnt it a good idea to wait for a while and investigate if the movement of the coins was really a trap or not  . stockpilling or stocking more coins is pretty beneficial to do during your hodling sessions .

What do you think about quark and BTT if any sense in holding them?
According to me quark and Btt also very promising altcoins for long term investment. I've a big bag of quark. I hope price of this coin will increase.
It might be good, but the price movements in the market are very volatile when the start of their sales is finished and the trade starts. it is still risky to hold it in large quantities. I myself bought more BNB for me to manage in the future. because I believe the support of the binance platform is very strong for the growth of BNB.

Colletrix - Bridging the Physical and Virtual Worl
This are nice selection as most of your selections are coins that have real usecase and are promising.  You can also add MFT and Aergo they have excellent usecase and potential to increase in price as well

It's a good time to buy a lot of alts, pretty much everything is at a huge idscount right now, but a lot are climbing rapidly again even though prices are still low relative to ATH. The problem with spreading across too many coins though is that you can't really keep up with news on all of them. It's okay for long-term holding, but a bit of a nightmare if you are thinking of chopping and changing and trading some.

Good idea to get a spread across some different use cases though. I definitely agree with that.

At this point I'm purely holding long term. Everything I own and continue to buy I will hold until the market looks to be nearing its next peak in a couple years. I used to day trade altcoins to try to make more bitcoin and I always ended up losing bitcoin in the end from trading. Now I just buy and hold. I accumulated bitcoin from late november until mid-march, and now i've started accumulating some altcoins. I agree if I were trading holding so many coins would be hard to manage, but what i'm doing requires no effort, buy and hold and in a couple years sell near the peak. It requires no more effort to hold 2 coins or 15 coins or 50 coins.

I just wish the bull run had held off for a couple more months! Luckily I got all my bitcoin buying done on the bottom, but with altcoins i missed the bottom since I am just starting to buy now. Still though buying during the first couple months of the bull run will give me fantastic returns for all my altcoins as well!
