Accumulate some good coins which will grow in coming time and also give you a great returns on the investment done now. It should not happen that you buy coins which become worthless  and you lose all your money invested.

therefore if you choose a coin to be an investment it is better to buy the top 10 coins in the market if you want to get the desired profit, because the 10 coins are very promising results

That is a long list of altcoins mate, is it too many? I mean, it must be hard to always checking all 15 altcoins in the same time. I prefer investing only in 2-5 altcoins. Xrp, stellar, eos, bnb and tron are a good one. You should add more like ethereum and bitcoin cash.

If he can handle all of his coins, it will not be hard always to check the price of every coin. He can use software to help him to check his coins without login to the exchanges. I think I have more than 15 coins too and so far, I use tabtrader to check every coin I have, and I enjoy to use that app.

Yes, I agree with you. He should have ethereum, but I am not with bitcoin cash, maybe it will be a good choice too. If the price of his coins increases, he can start to sell the coins to gain the profit.

Cool portfolio you have there mate, mostly top coins so the risk is very low. If you want to gain some big profits try to pick new promising altcoins with the chance to scale and improve in the long run.
Can you please list those altcoins please that are new and look promising because I have been looking for one and seems not to get any, most of the one that looks promising to me end up getting being dumped by their investors, and this could only happen when they are not able to hold their project firm or have a working product.

Take a look at Binance now, Binance price keeps appreciating and you will hardly see much dump in it, because they have a working product that can guarantee the value and safety of investors investment, many of its investor believe that the coin will keep appreciating because it has a product that people are really making use of on a daily basis.

No doubt. Your choice is very good and safe. I am also looking for references, coins with a market cap under $20 million. Interesting to know in this range.
actually what's interesting? I don't know what makes a coin attractive with capitalization of less than $ 20 million. Are there considerations for improvement that will be obtained with a fast time?

That's a lot of altcoins you have, I don't even have more than 10 but if you have good amount for each of those alts, how much you have with bitcoin? BNB looks great and you are never wrong choosing that coin.

My bitcoin is still 87.76% of my portfolio as of this second (down from 90.9% last week since I bought some more altcoins yesterday).

I loaded up on a lot more EOS yesterday, as well as some more Tron, binance coin, cardano, chainlink, ontology, monero, holochain, vechain, and zilliqa. And i made initial purchases of decred, dash, and nuls. I know nothing about nuls just saw some dude on youtube talking about it so and i saw it was a lower cap coin so i was like sure i'll take a small shot on it just cuz haha.
Don't believe everything you watch on youtube about the coins that they are suggesting. It is obvious that they have those coins so they are advertising it so they can add and contribute to the economy of that coin. Anyway, good luck with all of your holdings, I thought you are mostly dealt with altcoins and has smaller part for bitcoin.

Many solid projects in the list for sure!

What I would definitely remove from the buying-list is: XRP, EOS, Tron

Why is that? centralized?

I'm no fan of xrp, as a cryptocurrency it is complete trash, but the fact that the market seems to be oblivious to that made me finally buy some now. I figure if the market has allowed a centralized bank coin that is basically just a fundraising coin for a company become the third largest cryptocurrency for almost the past two years the market will probably continue to treat it as a high value coin so it will probably go far higher.

EOS and Tron seem like relevant competitors to Ethereum so i think they are good picks. They are a lot more centralized but I think they'll be big on this bull run, competing with Ethereum for dapp development and usage.

I actually think EOS has the most potential for gains among high cap coins this bull run. It's already popping. Hell I bought it less than 3 weeks ago at $3.60, and just bought again yesterday at $5.58, and now its at $5.80+. Its growing like crazy now and at 5 billion marketcap, I couldn't believe it yesterday when I looked back at what I had bought it at recently and it was all the way down at $3.60 haha. I could totally see it hitting a quarter billion (50x from here) in the next 2-3 years at its peak this bull run. It's gonna be my highest held coin outside of bitcoin and ethereum. I've put in $1300 to EOS as of now and I will probably increase that to $2000 over the next few weeks. I definitely think I could sell that amount for in the $60k - $100k region in a couple years. It's the most popular dapp network right now as Ethereum's ICO boom basically almost all went broke and it has less daily usage than EOS now.

If you don't have NEO, QTUM, RVN, KMD, Zcoin in your collection then you are kidding yourself.

If you want to make money in 2019 then I suggest you include the above in your investments for long term growth.

I see RVN hopping up a lot recently but I know absolutely nothing about it. QTUM and NEO I know about from a couple years ago. I feel like NEO has lost popularity since 2017 compared to some later dapp coins. I may pick up some NEO though, I had some in 2017 and still have a very tiny bit. I don't know anything about KMD and Zcoin.

I am terrible at Fantasy Football!!!
Having accumulated bitcoin once it dropped under $3000 from late november until early March, I've now switched over to diversifying out with an altcoin spread. I picked up 15 altcoins last week, will continue buying for the next couple months probably.

I might add a few coins, but what do you think of my altcoin spread. Note that I already own a lot of BTC, a good amount of ETH, and a little BCH and LTC and DOGE. I don't plan on buying more of those coins.

snip

What do you think? I don't pay much attention to altcoins so I haven't done much research on plenty of these. Or there are coins I've known a little bit about for a while but never done dedicated research on. Just really trying to get a good diversified portfolio of altcoins for the next bull run to go along with my Bitcoin dominated coin holdings.

Sidenote:
I feel like EOS is the coin I think could gain the most out of those. I could see the next bull run taking it over 200 billion market cap (I could see xrp, eth, and eos at the next peak all getting to around the market cap bitcoin had on the last peak >250 billion). But then i just started doing research on it and saw it was designed to be centralized, and the founder even seems to reject decentralization which is pretty dumb. I mostly think its gonna go crazy cuz I see that right now it is destroying ETH in terms of usage of dapps, so i'm wondering if its gonna take the dapp lead from ETH during the next bull run.

Anyway, any thoughts or comments would be great! Thanks

Most of the coins in your list are very good and there are only two coins that I have never heard of, however I am not so sure that is such a good idea to be holding so many coins, remember diversification is a great way to protect yourself from losing everything if one of your assets goes down but if you are interested in diversifying your investments then it could probably be a good idea to invest in precious metals or real estate but if you are determined to diversify your holdings in cryptocurrencies I will consider cutting your list in half.

Unfortunately I don't have enough funds to buy a lot of altcoins at the moment, because I suffered a big loss when the market dropped dramatically, my capital has run out, so when the market goes up like now I can only watch it

It does not matter. You can invest in very good but cheap cryptocurrencies. For instance, Stellar, TRON, Cardano, IOTA are very good. You can also pay attention to top-100 unexpensive alts.

There is no need to force yourself to buy a lot of altcoins. If you already lose, and want to hold. It is better to hold or do something but be careful because of course you not want to cut lose and then buy coin for lose again.
cutting losses aimed at buying assets that can return capital by gaining profits does not add to the loss. certainly choosing a good asset with careful consideration must be done because it is a matter of profit that must be obtained.
Only just in case if that people don't have any skill in trading. Because pick which coin that we want to trade is actually 1 skill of trading too. Of course we not want to lose again after cut loss and change to new coin.
lots of new traders like that, they new traders still don't have much experience so it is very easy to be affected by market conditions, that will make him when the condition of the coin price in the market falls then he will easily panic.

It seems to me that TRON has a really fervent ecosystem, so I would pick at least one of its token for the next bull run.
BitTorrent seems to be a great pick, because of the FA and hype around it, it will interface with other tokens on TRON network.
From what a read on Twitter one of the partnership will be with BeatzCoin, a platform for content sharing similar to YouTube and Spotify.

It’s ok as long as you are holding coins then you can still make profit. You don’t have to invest on 15 altcoins, i’d rather hold 5 top coins and increase the volume than to increase my number of coins. Having 15 altcoins might be too much, so you have to analyze well your coins before diversifying your investment.
